I have been pondering this point recently. 1 Corinthians 11:21 "For in eating every one taketh before other his own supper: and one is hungry, and another is drunken." Clearly, we can only infer that God means to have wanted in writting the order by which drinking the blood of God should be taken. Take supper, fast, then drink, never together, for that would be a sin.
And this is only reafirmed with Nehemiah 5:3 "Some also there were that said, We have mortgaged our lands, vineyards, and houses, that we might buy corn, because of the dearth."
Drinking wine. Eating corn. Dearth, famine, hunger. These three devine truths we can be sure of. But of course it says 'mortgage', life debt, and what is that debt. Well it's obviously the debt of humanity with God. And we know we are saved by the wine bringing us ever closer to God.
And that's why God loves you.
Peace be with you.
