    this is an excuse.
a merciful God will do whatever he can to save people.
    As Jesus said:
Matthew 7:10, NIV: "Or if he asks for a fish, will give him a snake?"

If God does not answer prayer, he is as bad as evil person.

You are not promised physical blessings on this earth, only spiritual ones (Ephesians 1:3)

Israel, on the other hand, was promised many physical blessings.

I count food and clothes physical blessing.

Wherefore, if God so clothe the grass of the field, which to day is, and to morrow is cast into the oven, shall he not much more clothe you, O ye of little faith? 31Therefore take no thought, saying, What shall we eat? or, What shall we drink? or, Wherewithal shall we be clothed? 32(For after all these things do the Gentiles seek for your heavenly Father knoweth that ye have need of all these things. 33But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you. Matthew 6

Jesus was only speaking to the Jews during his first coming to Earth, it was even explicitly stated in Matthew 15:24.

We gentiles then were without Christ and without hope (Ephesians 2:11-12), so don't go around claiming promises to Israel for us. =)

Paul's advice to us there in 2 Thessalonians 3 is

10 For even when we were with you, this we commanded you, that if any would not work, neither should he eat.

11 For we hear that there are some which walk among you disorderly, working not at all, but are busybodies.

12 Now them that are such we command and exhort by our Lord Jesus Christ, that with quietness they work, and eat their own bread.

Sure, but what it have anything to do with anything? You want to tell that im wrong? Or are you? Want to undermine that? Surely if you find something to wrong you can admit that without hiding it with some semirandom scriptures. Im definetly not in good mood have to admit that.

No, I am saying when you read the 4 gospels, you should always be aware that Jesus was only speaking to the Jews then, who were under the gospel of the kingdom.

So when you come across verses like

Mark 11:24 Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.

Don't go around claiming that as a promise to you. Lay Hong is very likely doing that, that is why he or she is disappointed.

I disagree in a way without any super exactness. You teach not to teach that, alright sound pretty bad if you are wrong, have you carefully examined that?

Yes, many churches preach almost all the time from the 4 gospels and Acts, that is where all the stories are. We generally prefer to teach from stories.

So I understand it can be difficult to accept if you are hearing this for the first time.

Before accusing God of evil, try to consider why you want the things you ask for as well. As one of my pastors once told me: "God will not give [His children] more than what [they] are capable/willing of being responsible for."

Having money and eating delicious food is a good thing, for instance, but a good and wise father would never give his 5-year-old children $1000 and let them stuff themselves with junk food, nor would they give their children a luxury car when they are unable to drive proficiently.

God will not give his children a snake when they ask for fish, but if the child already has 10 fish that they won't eat or appreciate, I don't see why he'd want to give the child another. Most good things come with a set of responsibilities after all. Unfortunately, not all people have the ability to handle those.

I think sometimes He doesn't answer certain prayers for a reason. Some He may never answer perhaps because it's something we want instead of need?.

There are several reasons that could be causing a blockage, you can always ask God to reveal to you the truth.
