"Some help for those classed as vulnerable and are not able to get out for essential supplies due to health issues ect. You may have received a letter from the NHS or a phone call from your doctor saying that you must stay indoors for 12 weeks. If so, then please register your details on the gov.uk site and you will recieve a food package. Not sure how quickly these are being issued but will definitely help alot of people. Made me laugh out loud. If one prays the virus doesn’t spread to
other nations, a MEASURABLE goal, and it spreads to all nations killing 1000s, that prayer has NOT been answered. I do pray, but not for world peace or world health.

I can tell you with 100% certainty that the time will come when the plague stops. This will happen prayer or no prayer. This has happened in 100% of human history and this is no different.

I pray for measurable goals, not “Miss America” prayers. I’ve seen answers too, but then they are measurable.

I’ve seen so many prayers answered I stopped writing them down. So you would do better to pray for understanding as to God’s way in prayer. I find Spurgeon’s advise good for the lambs who don’t know God’s voice. Those who can’t hear God say “no” and tell the believer why simply need to trust blindly with no understanding. Those sheep who know His voice don’t have to do this. They ask Him and He gives answers.

He says to pray for daily bread, a measurable goal. Where are we told to pray for world peace? How come Jesus never did?

By the way, I prayed for a lame woman and she got up and ran around the room shouting in joy. I know whereof I speak when I say pray for measurable goals. World peace is not measurable.

Why is it you are filled with contentiousness? Is it not because you do not know to associate the scriptures? Yes, we do pray for all men. But love, goodness and mercy should be the fruit of our lip. To say we pray for world-peace is to pray for complete strangers. But what kind of prayers are to go to strangers? All kinds, THAT is why Jesus stated when he came to earth, he came to bring a sword and not peace, because of that determined hostility towards Him, the Gospel and even the works that he did. THAT is why you don’t see world peace mentioned beyond that initial occurrence in Luke.

Goodness, within the child of God is always going to gravitate towards Luke’s angelic proclamation of peace on earth which aligns with the Gospel (Beatitudes). To do so will automatically sustain Jesus’ proclamation towards strangers in either the natural or spiritual realms,

“O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, , ,How often I wanted to gather your children together, as a hen gathers her chicks under her wings, but you were not willing!​

But some men continue in stoutheartedness and take their place in opposition against the Gospel, wherein our prayers should align with God’s response to their disobedience.

Cook them books Doc, the Spirit of God is greater! Look how it is played-up in the ‘recent deaths’ section over at Wikipedia and all the C-19 cause of death (potentially bogus) claims. Anybody care to explain why all the deception? Never mind, we KNOW why this evil is on stage. Just saying, one other thing occurred to me is, if socialism / communism (already underway) ever had a snowball’s chance to finalize the showing of its face, , it certainly could use a lockdown coupled with a dialog-consuming crisis to unlock the midnight slip of another. So what, the page and powder are dry and just too big of a company to tamper with.

Safety is of the Lord! BTW, didn't God make "Herd Immunity", our natural defense?

What?? If someone dies with COVID-19 s/he SHOULD be counted as a COVID-19 death. How else should the number of COVID-19 deaths be determined.

If, for example, somebody dies from cardiac arrest because of arterial blockage, shouldn't they be counted as a cardiac arrest victim?

There is no deception about the => worldwide <= COVID-19 deaths, only denial of the truth. There are no differences between countries that experienced thousand and thousands of deaths, regardless of their systems of government. Do you really think only capitalists are dead and dying??

It is well publicized the rate of C-19 victims from Chinese reports are highly suspect and you now are aware of Dr Birx’s confessing of massive misrepresentation. On both counts, it is believed to be too much to even generalize for print. We are reduced to our own immediate areas, gradually, losing credence the further out from that immediate radius we wish to gather.

Other than this element of incapacitated search results, what is the comparison problem you are emphasizing?
