LOVE croissants...when truely fresh, then cut open, toasted, and topped with REAL butter. Then, a cup of dark roast coffee, with a bit of real cream on the side.

Not unfattening, but it is one of my reallyreally favorite things!

Do you have anything else with the Cheerios? Coffee, fruit, juice? It could be the milk. I think I've had that problem too, but it's been a long time since I had Cherrios. Chew some peppermint gum or have a peppermint piece of candy to help stop the heartburn.
