The haters of Trump moved the goalposts.

First they said it wasn't possible. Now they say it won't last.

Not true. There were GDP growths of 4% and over as shown already in this thread. No, it will not last. This time it was because of a surge of of buying before the tariffs started. It's like when you know the price of gas is going up so you hurry to the gas station to buy while the gas is still cheaper.

And we are headed into a recession. I wish we were not.

They said the downturn in the markets were because of Trump and tariffs- it recovered in less than a week

They said the tax cuts were only for the rich. 90+ % of Americans are benefiting from them.

They said Trump would start a nuclear war with NK it hasn’t happened

There is only so many times an intelligent person will hear them cry wolf and pay attention.

Because of his many bankruptcies, because the economy is goes up and goes down - and we are due for a down, because he was flippant about the economy as if he was such a great businessman, because he acted like he ran a huge company so it would be nothing to run the US government - but he ran his own family business and doesn't play with others in decisions. Those are just a few reasons.
It is going into a recession. It will probably be next year. Our debt load is big and bigger thanks to the tax breaks, interest is going up, the market is overbought, and congress, with Trump to sign the bill, passed bills removing protections.

I am not a prophet to tell you exactly when it will be, but his tariff stuff is not helping either.

I think 4 bankruptcies is probably on par for someone whose been in business for several decades. Instead of searching for faults from his past, why not just be happy with how President Trump has been good for our economy?
