Meh, it's one of those disguises that looks awesome as a picture or on video, but in real life you can tell it is a mask.

Now, if he had done himself using make-up and latex ala Hollywood style then yeah, you wouldn't be able to tell. But if you just throw on that mask, in real life you can tell it's a mask especially if you are up close
