I think you'd have to go to the relevent websites and buy their mp3's if they had them, and if not buy the albums.

Hillsong has two albums on iTunes of French music: CIEUX OUVERTS/Fleuve de vie by Hillsong En Français on Apple Music
Global Project: français (feat. Hillsong Church Paris) by Hillsong Global Project on Apple Music

and Paul Baloche has some albums; I'll post one link: Glorieux by Paul Baloche & His Friends on Apple Music

and I found this album: Écrivons l'histoire (Live) by Stéphane Quéry on Apple Music

and Stephane Query is a Christian group or artist

and this guy has a good voice: Dimanche matin by Luc Dumont on Apple Music

My friend has recorded three quality French Christian music CDs. They are awesome to listen to. The albums are titled "Je Veux Chanter Mes Hymnes", "Mendiant de Dieu" and "Tournes Vers L'avenir".
