Does anyone know how well it works to freeze celery? I have some celery sticks I didn't use for Thanksgiving, but would like to use in dressing for Christmas. Ideas???

Wow! 40 miles out of town! You must live in the mountains or something!mom2countrykids said:LOL thanks for the input! I may try it. I am not a fan either... which is why it won't get eaten. I use it in dressing and ??? that is it! As to buying more.. LOL I am cheap! I hate wasting stuff, and live 40 miles out of town so it isn't like you run to the store every day.

El Paso is aboug 8 hours drive nw of us. I am on the edge of what we call W. Texas, which can be very rural. My husaband road the school bus 50 miles one way to school and he wasn't even the futherist kid. I love it here... except when we are in a drought. But God has brought us rain so it is wonderful.Holly3278 said:Ah yes. The only relatively big town I know of in that area is El Paso.
