Many people know of St Francis and appreciate his sanctity. But some go deeper and into his writings, his biographies and all the history. I am one such and I recently got Thomas of Celano's 2nd biography on my Nook. https://www.amazon.com/St-Francis-A...eywords=celano&qid=1623197670&s=books&sr=1-16
That beats reading it from the Big thick red Ominbus of Sources.

It is all taking me back to my youth when I was with the OFM form about 1987 to 1995.
Celano's 2nd biography is quite a bit longer than the first.
