Yeah, you can pretty much make ice cream out of anything...I think I heard something about liver ice cream before...now that's a bridge too far...for me...

Tomato Ice cream

The picture looks like peach ice cream, looks good! When I was in North Dakota, they would put sugar on their tomatoes, so imagine it would not be a huge jump to go to ice cream, I never tried the sugar myself. A total and complete pass on the duck liver-----that's enough to make me upchuck. And difinately for the rich who have tasted everything and are bored, and wish to go on to gout.
