Yesterday, a 19-year-old former student used an AR-15 rifle that he legally purchased to systematically gun down and kill 17 of his classmates and teachers at Majory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida.

Florida now claims two of the most deadly shootings in modern U.S. history.

Wednesday's shooting occurred roughly two years after a gunman, who also legally purchased an AR-15 and a surplus of magazines, shot and killed 49 at the gay night club Pulse in Orlando.

If liberals don't like gun violence in Florida, maybe they can move to a safe area like Harlem, New York where the state has much more strict gun control legislation. Surely they won't get shot or robbed at gun point there, right?

New York is a blue state with strict gun control laws. But any white person who ventures into Harlem late at night could be an easy target for gun violence. Basically, I'm saying gun control doesn't necessarily prevent shootings.

Gun violence happens all the time in places like Harlem, Camden, and Compton, all of which are located in blue states. Gun control legislation won't stop criminals from obtaining guns.

Really? Maybe for hand guns (and not every where in the State) but it seems maybe not "liberal" but fairly loose about most rifles. Unless things have changed a lot since this was written:
