The Feast of Trumpets/Rosh Hashana 2021 (Jewish New Year) begins at sundown on Monday, Sept 6, & ends at nightfall on Wednesday, Sept 8, 2021.

The 7 feasts of the Lord are pre Appointed Times & Prophetic Shadows. A foundation all scripture is built on.

7 Feasts of the Lord:

1) Passover, 2) Unleavened Bread, 3) Firstfruits, 4) Pentecost, 5) Rosh Hashanah 6) Yom Kippur 7) Tabernacles

The first 4 Feasts are referred to as the Spring Feasts & point to Christ's 1st coming:

Jesus died on Passover, was buried during Unleavened Bread, He rose on Firstfruits & He sent the salvation/sealing baptism of His indwelling Holy Spirit on Pentecost.

The Last 3 Feasts point to the Lords 2nd coming.

The Feast of Trumpets began on the 1st day (at the new moon) of the 7th month/Tishreil. (Lev 23:24; Num 29:1-6).

The Feast of Trumpets or Day of Trumpets/Yom T’rooah. Also referred to as Rosh Hashanah, which means "Head of the Year" because it marks the beginning of the Jewish civil calendar. This Feast also commemorated the end of the agricultural year (29th day of the month/Elul).

Trumpets/Rosh Hashanah started on the 1st day of Tishreil. Day of Atonement/Yom Kippur fell on the 10th day of this month & the Festival of Booths/Tabernacles began on the 15th day in the month of Tishreil.

Lev 23:24 Speak to the sons of Israel, saying, in the seventh month, on the first of the month (of Tishri), you shall have a rest, a reminder by blowing of (shofars/rams horn) trumpets.

The blowing of the trumpet on the 1st day, signaled a time of preparation for the Day of Atonement/Yom Kippur. The preparation time was called Ten Days of Repentance or The Days of Awe. The trumpet sound was a call to self-analysis, soul-searching & repentance.

Feast of Trumpets: 100 Shofar/trumpet blasts to bring in the New Year: 33 short blasts of 3, then comes Tekiah Ha-Gadol, 1 single unbroken blast, held as long as possible.

Probable timeline of Jesus birth:
Jesus the Messiah was most likely conceived in Dec 4 B.C. during Hanukkah (means Dedication also called Festival of Lights. Jesus the Light of the World Jn 8:12) Messiah is born Sept 3 B.C. during the Feast of Trumpets at Tekiah ha-Gadol. Circumcised 8 day's later on Yom Kippur. Then dwelt/tabernacled in a manger (sukkah) with his parents during the Feast of Tabernacles (Sukkot) that yr.

Oral tradition say's: Rosh Hashanah/Trumpets was the day the God spoke our universe into existence, years later on this same day (1st day of the month of Tishreil) Adam was created.

Scripture supports this is also the day our Lord & Savior/Jesus the Christ is born, during Tekiah Ha-Gadol.

At the sounding of the Shofar each year on The Feast of Trumpets/Yom T’rooah/Rosh Hashanah. It's a time to focus on the soon return of the Lord Jesus the Christ/Yeshua HaMashiach!

In Scripture, there are 2 passages that speak of the voice of GOD'S trumpet/shofar (Rams horn)

1st time:
Ex 19:16 And it came to pass on the third day in the morning, that there were thunders and lightnings, and a thick cloud upon the mount, and the voice of the """trumpet exceeding loud"""; so that all the people that was in the camp trembled.

2nd time:
1 Thes 4:16 For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the """trump of God""": and the dead in Christ shall rise first:

The Blowing of these Trumpets Announces God’s Manifest Presence.

Silver trumpet call to assemble
Num 10:
1 And the Lord spake unto Moses, saying,

2 Make thee two trumpets of silver; of a whole piece shalt thou make them: that thou mayest use them for the calling of the assembly, and for the journeying of the camps.
(MY NOTE: Vs 1: The Lord commands Moses; Vs 2; Make 2 trumpets out of 1 single piece of silver, use these trumpets to call the people to ASSEMBLY)

In Scripture, there are 2 passages that speak of the LORD, Himself, blowing a trumpet/shofar (Rams horn).
