The FBI seems to disagree with that assessment.

That article tells me that the FBI, as I said earlier--and not in jest--is forming a new COINTELPRO in the Trump administration.

Are you saying that if the FBI comes to a conclusion that says something against Trump, such as that there was Russian meddling, we should listen to them, but not if they say something you don't agree with? They're either credible, or they're not.

"During his appearance before the House Judiciary Committee, Attorney General Jeff Sessions said he was not aware of an FBI report on 'black identity extremists.' Rep. Karen Bass asked him why there was not a similar report on activities by white nationalists."

First the FBI in 2017 created a designation of Black Identity Extremists, and now we see that they are making them a priority without actually citing any incident of violence.

They're either credible, or they're not.

Credibility nowadays seem to revolve around political ideology, even if something is true but is embarrassing it's deemed to be non-credible.

Yes, because it's the "black identity extremists" who are shooting up schools and bombing government buildings....
It's other targets like Law Enforcement:

Baton Rouge Shooting
Fresno Shooting
Dallas Police Shooting
NYPD Shooting
Sacramento Shooting
Mission Texas
Wellston, Missouri

The Dallas police shooting occurred during a peaceful demonstration by a local Next Generation Action Network group.

Shooter: Micah Xavier Johnson

An investigation into his online activities uncovered his interest in black nationalist groups.[78] The Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) and news outlets reported that Johnson "liked" the Facebook pages of black nationalist organizations such as the New Black Panther Party (NBPP), Nation of Islam, and Black Riders Liberation Army, three groups which are listed by the SPLC as hate groups.[90] On Facebook, Johnson posted an angry and "disjointed" post against white people on July 2, several days before the attack.

That would be the same thing you claim about the FBI under Obama--that the president politicized it.

Remember at Charlottesville when Trump found good people on both sides, only ONE SIDE actually murdered anyone. And you can probably remember which side that was.
I see that false narrative created by some media outlets is still making its rounds.

President's quotes regarding Charlottesville 2017:

“We ALL must be united & condemn all that hate stands for, there is no place for this kind of violence in America. Let’s come together as one!” Trump wrote via Twitter, as deadly race riots rocked Charlottesville, Va. “We must remember this truth: No matter our color, creed, religion, or political party, we are ALL AMERICANS FIRST.” — Aug. 12, 2017 — 10:19 a.m.

“We condemn in the strongest possible terms this egregious display of hatred, bigotry, and violence, on many sides,” Trump told journalists, after neo-Nazi motorist James Alex Fields Jr. plowed into a crowd of anti-KKK protesters, killing Heather Heyer. “We have to come together as Americans with love for our nation and true affection — really — and I say this so strongly — true affection for each other.” — August 12, 2017 — 3:33 p.m.

“Racism is evil,” Trump said. “And those who cause violence in its name are criminals and thugs, including the KKK, neo-Nazis, white supremacists, and other hate groups that are repugnant to everything we hold dear as Americans.” — August 14, 2017

There were “very fine people, on both sides,” in Charlottesville, “protesting very quietly the taking down of the statue of Robert E. Lee,” Trump said
. He specified:I’m not talking about the neo-Nazis and the white nationalists — because they should be condemned totally.” He also called them “rough, bad people.” — August 15, 2017

Farrakhan is a classical black nationalist and separatist. But he's not interested in dominating white people.
Maybe not, just that they deserve to die.

As the leader of NOI, Farrakhan has preached the organization's theology that blacks are superior to whites.[76] He has said whites were created 6,600 years ago as a "race of devils" by an evil scientist named Yakub. At an event in Milwaukee in August 2015, Farrakhan said: "White people deserve to die, and they know, so they think it’s us coming to do it." [

Hi RDKirk,

What does that mean? "... not interested in dominating white people". His hateful rhetoric would seem to suggest the impossibility of living together with whites peacefully. Am I missing something?

Communism and socialism haven't killed anyone???
Looks kinda like this is the Trump administration wish list. Remember, so far the vast majority of domestic terrorism body count is firmly related to right wing extremists.

Has been for over a decade.

I can’t remember when I last read it.
Me too. They come up with that title and then towards the end of the article say the FBI assessed the white nationalist threat worse than they expected. So once again, a media outlet stoking the fires to rile up anyone who is looking to sharpen their axe.
