Agreed! I loved the music for the Bionis' Leg especially, but it was all very high quality.

My personal favorite is the music from NIER. Simply breathtaking.

"Will the Circle be Unbroken?" from BioShock Infinite. At the risk of making this too serious for a thread on favorite video game music, this song actually has a personal connection for me because it was one of my grandfather's favorites (not this particular version, which he would never have heard, but this is a beautiful rendition of the 1908 original taken outside of the game context).

One Who Stands in Our Way = one of my favorite VG soundtracks!

Pretty much all of the Final Fantasy games have excellent tracks as well. A couple examples are Esper Battle Theme from FF12 and Ultimecia Battle Theme from FF10. Too many epic tracks to count.
