Started fasting a while back and am enjoying it. At present only fasting for 1 day every two weeks. My day starts around 6pm to 6pm the next day then I eat one chicken breast or salmon and then resume my normal food the following morning. Feeling better for it too. Will start to slowly increase the fasting times up to around 3-4 days eventually and may experiment with an occasional long fast. Have lost some podge too.
