This lady has been living in her tent in her backyard for 4 1/2 months as her entire house had to be gutted. A roofer, Anthony Moore of Trust Restoration, ruined her home.
Insurance companies have denied her claims despite the proof she has that her home was damaged and the roofer was indeed negligent.
She called 50 or 60 attorney's. Either the insurance companies had already retained them in the past which is a conflict of interest or they didn't want the case because it's not a huge money maker for them. One out of the 50 or 60 attorney's she called only one attorney willing to take the case but $4500 retainer and said the cost would be $20,000 to sue which is non-recoverable in the state of Indiana. The problem with that is that insurance companies have a slew of attorney's at their beckon call which makes suing a gamble.
This lady did nothing to her home to cause this to happen. She has called every church she can possibly think of. All have denied helping and won't even share her GoFundMe page that allows the congregation to make their own choice to help or not. How is this possible? Churches are supposed to be the example of Jesus. Jesus never denied help to anyone. What is wrong in the world today that simple humanity no longer exists? The sad part about all this and what people don't really understand is this could have very easily happened to them and found themselves in the same predicament.
