Cool idea! I think the way we take care of our bodies is a neglected part of our spirituality too often. I like this thread, and I don't have anything in particular to add to it right now, so I'll just mention that I pray for the success of this and everyone who is trying to take better care of their body, faithfully!
Fitness and a healthy diet has always been a lifestyle of mine. God had me and my family focus in these areas for many years now. Besides the gym, I’m starting to learn a little bit of skateboarding, cycling, swimming, aerobics, dance, boxing, karate, badminton, and basketball. I will add more when I get to do them.
