So what happens to the Creationist argument that the Kuiper Belt is nothing but a fabrication by atheistic, Bible-hating scientists and doesn't really exist?
Raw photos will be posted here starting Jan 1st (Nothing new yet at this time of writing).
"The resolution will improve each day, so you can watch as Ultima Thule is transformed from a barely resolved object into a new world never seen before. In the images posted on Jan. 1, Ultima is expected to be approximately 3 pixels across, but it will grow to approximately 100 pixels across for the images posted on Jan. 2, and approximately 200 pixels across for the images posted on Jan. 3."

It certainly is Frosty!
Exceeding escape-velocity would be my greatest concern while being on the surface. Would fear that the slightest twitch of my torso or unintended flick of a foot might send me sailing kicking and screaming straight into the wide black yonder.06/28/2015 - 14.54 km/s (32,500 mph)

That is approx 480,000,000 miles!Interesting stuff, but I wouldn't call 5.2 AU 'not that far away'! Though I suppose you could argue it is in terms of the solar system as a whole.

Most creationists are not flat-earthers. In fact, you don't even have to believe in God to be a flat-earther. Many are just convinced by the evidence for a flat earth that flat-earthers provide and couldn't care less about religion. For example, some pilots claim that they don't have to compensate for earth-curvature on long flights and that their gyroscopes don't indicate Earth curvatue. Things like that.It gets repeated forever regardless of the facts?
And the location of other space probes... I wonder if the sun's gravity will pull them back home?

The persons I responded to on post 303, and 307, speak as if being a flat-Earther is typical of all persons who believe in a creator. Just trying to clarify.O...kay. Nobody was talking about the earth's shape.
The reference to a flat Earth came from incidental remarks related to a question I asked which had nothing to do with a flat Earth:The persons I responded to on post 303, and 307, speak as if being a flat-Earther is typical of all persons who believe in a creator. Just trying to clarify.
