Yes, why would you think a typical healthy human is designed if it has features that no designed objects (no matter how advanced) have?

To put the analogy in perspective, consider a Nineteenth Century engineering genius (for example, Thomas Edison or Gustave Eiffel) and have him meet Star Trek's Data. According to gradyll, the engineer will somehow recognize that Data is an engineered machine. He would not. He is too far beyond the practical engineering they know. He would assume he is a naturally born human.

I picked Data because he was engineered. It points out that the argument is flawed. Even if Man was designed and engineered, this argument can never prove it.

because our designs, which others have succesfully shown, are self replicating, self diagnosing, and self repairing.

but not all in one unit,

so our human bodies designer, is far more witty than our most advanced designs.

I think it might be that a determination of what is inappropriate content, especially soft core inappropriate content, is often in the (dirty) mind of the beholder. Old pin-up posters are considered to be art. Song of Songs is Biblical canon. Just because some people can use almost anything as fantasy fodder, does not make them automatically inappropriate content.
