Jesus also says, that for such a man, it is better never have been born. So, are we discovering, that in addition to the choice of being reborn in Babtism, we also have the choice of being unborn?

No, Jesus said that it would have been better if Judas had not been born; not us.

Here is another possibility.

The devil is an imitator.

A day after Jesus was hanged on the Cross, the devil hangs Judas on his "cross" that is some crooked tree.

But the bread that Jesus puts into the hand of Judas directly, puts a different substance into the imitation, if this is an imitation.

Jesus did not put the bread into the hands of the other 11, they helped themselves. But Judas got his directly from Jesus.

So, maybe a speculation can be constructed,

If you choose to read into Scripture, you can "construct" anything.

When Jesus institutes the Holy Eucarist at the Last Supper, He puts the bread in the hand of Judas, none of the other 11, then goes and spills His Blood on the Ccross, to complete the cup.

Then this concludes with the spilling of Judas' blood, which Judas wanted to avoid with his hanging rope but failed.

So, what is the meaning of the spilt blood of Judas?

I speculate, that the meaning is, that when you have rejected the Lord Jesus Christ, then you realize your error, but misused or forgot the Sacrament of the Eucharist, then you can spill your own blood, to get rid of all your impurities, and finally replace yours with the Blood of Jesus.

Your thoughts?
There is no meaning for the spilling of Judas blood. Your analogy is not scriptural and I do not think it is Catholic either. Spilling your own blood is not only frighting , but it is as if you think your blood will save rather than the onetime blood sacrifice of our Lord Jesus Christ of Nazareth.
Blessings

I think the point behind Mark 14:20 is Jesus notifying Judas that He knows his intensions/heart and initiating the next sequence of events to begin and to also clue in the other disciples of which still remained fairly clueless.

Yeah, I think beyond fulfilling the OT prophecies about the betrayal, and connected to this, we can see Judas serving as an example of receiving the body and blood of Christ in an unworthy manner.

In the Lutheran tradition (and also some of the Early Fathers), the Eucharist has sometimes been illustrated as a medicine, which can both save and kill. In substance, it's the same true body and blood of Christ on account of His own promise. When received in faith, it's a means of grace, but when received through disbelief, the recipient is guilty of the very body and blood of Christ, and so it becomes a curse.

No connection to the eucharist. Nothing can replace the blood of Jesus.
