No, because to say it is would presume that all businesses are run in an unethical manner.

It is very possible to conduct business in an ethical manner, with honesty and integrity. You can have a solid successful business by meeting the needs of your customers. Yes, this puts limits on what you can do beyond what the law would require, but it is still possible to have a thriving business, that is fair to your employees and to your customers.

Business is in now way inherently unethical. Many business seem to be that way, and that may be a result of wealth (in the case of successful businesses) corrupting the owners, who in turn corrupt the business. But this is not always the case. As loptoppop mentioned, it is possible to run a business with integrity. It just takes a person with integrity to run it.
