Such is why the servant of God is wise to restrict themselves from inopportune speech ... lest they speak words that are so easily proven false ...

People often favour the culturally accepted norms of their society. While Ellen White was clearly wrong about spicy foods, I don't think you can justify she was a false prophet because she preferred single beds and clipped males. How many people today are in favour of vaccination, but it doesn't make them false prophets. Just misled. Although one might expect a true prophet to not be so easily deceived.

Friend it is the scriptures you are mocking; secret is your word and is spooky. God prepared a place for them for a time which passed, but some will be alive because Jesus is going to shorten the time so some will survive. Where are God's people today; some hide in Rome because Jesus looking in the direction of the prostitute, the Sunday keeping Pagan Universal Church and says, "Come out of her my people".

Somehow I don't believe you. I am with the belief that Jesus Christ founded his Church 2000 years ago and it's still where it's always been. With the exception of a few schisms here and there it still exists.

Maybe you have some other ideas but you would have to spell them out to me in the simplest of ways.

When Jesus left his new church numbered about 120 from the lost sheep, but there is still the old church that produced Him who are not numbered for our purpose.

Jesus's church is identified in that they keep commandments of God and hold the testimony of Jesus.

Sunday worship or keeping probably originated with Nimrod, but it is common to the infinite strains of Paganism. When the house of Israel separated from Judah the first thing the king of Israel did was have his people keep Sunday, mainly to cement the separation and burn bridges. But the net effect was they became lost sheep, lost to God, lost regarding their salvation; it was as if their location was not known.

Or maybe the Church began meeting on the first day of the week to sing the liturgy and participate in the Eucharist. Which is far more likely the case.

I believe so, I endeavour to keep it. I am an old person who rests every day and then be inconvenienced by not being able to do the things on Saturday that I neglected to do through the week. I emphatically do not mow the lawn on Saturday but God and I attend the supermarket.

Nimrod, his wife and son and the Sun God, (and Easter), you should be able to research without my help.

The House of Israel is covered in scripture, this covers the burning of bridgs:

    1 Kings 12:26-33 (NKJV)

26 And Jeroboam said in his heart, "Now the kingdom may return to the house of David:
27 If these people go up to offer sacrifices in the house of the LORD at Jerusalem, then the heart of this people will turn back to their lord, Rehoboam king of Judah, and they will kill me and go back to Rehoboam king of Judah."
28 Therefore the king asked advice, made two calves of gold, and said to the people, "It is too much for you to go up to Jerusalem. Here are your gods, O Israel, which brought you up from the land of Egypt!"
29 And he set up one in Bethel, and the other he put in Dan.
30 Now this thing became a sin, for the people went to worship before the one as far as Dan.
31 He made shrines on the high places, and made priests from every class of people, who were not of the sons of Levi.
32 Jeroboam ordained a feast on the fifteenth day of the eighth month, like the feast that was in Judah, and offered sacrifices on the altar. So he did at Bethel, sacrificing to the calves that he had made. And at Bethel he installed the priests of the high places which he had made.
33 So he made offerings on the altar which he had made at Bethel on the fifteenth day of the eighth month, in the month which he had devised in his own heart. And he ordained a feast for the children of Israel, and offered sacrifices on the altar and burned incense.

    <<
Let’s see what the opening Scriptures say about how the House of Israel began; The House of Israel had the:

    • Wrong King: Had a man who was not of the seed of David: Jeroboam was a king who was born from the seed of Ephraim (2 Kings 11:26). God ordained that all kings were to come from the family of David, of the lineage of Judah.
    • Wrong Priests: Jeroboam made priests of the lowest of the people: None were of Levi. God ordained that all His priests were go come from the line of Levi; no other tribe.
    • Wrong Temple: Jeroboam made two new temples; one in Bethel and the other in Dan. Inside each temple he put what he said were the “gods that brought you out of Egypt”: two golden calves. God had built His house in Jerusalem. His throne was in the inner court on the Ark of the Covenant.
    • Wrong feast days: Jeroboam made a feast that was similar to Judah’s but he celebrated it on the wrong month; the 8th instead of the 7th.
    • Wrong laws kept: Jeroboam kept a different set of laws than what God told them to do. In fact, it says that the kings of Israel all followed after the commandments of other gods, particularly Baalim.
The House of Israel experienced in 205 years: 19 kings; 9 dynasties; 7 assassinations; 1 suicide; 1 killed. >>>

I do not recall were I heard that they kept Sunday and I cannot find any reference to Sunday now, but they didn't keep the Sabbath even if the kept Saturday; if the broke one Law they broke them all.

I have done so, and found such claims to be complete trash. Strangely enough, many people accept this trash as true without checking it themselves, and propagate the same trash resulting in many 'sources' saying the same thing. There are no primary sources supporting those claims however.
If you actually have something of substance to add, it would be much appreciated, however it appears that you willingly participate in breaking the commandment about bearing false witness against your neighbor. One day you are going to have to answer for that.

Do you have anything substantial? Actual sources which back up your claims? Or will it just be more along the lines of, "Nimrod! Look it up yourself". If you see my response as non-specific rhetoric, can you honestly claim the high ground when you've offered nothing more than "Nimrod, his wife and son and the Sun God, (and Easter)"

The only source of information we have for Nimrod is Genesis 10, 1 Chronicles 1, and Micah 5. There is no mention of a wife or son. If you have further sources on Nimrod, please share them. After that we can look at the rest of your 'evidence'.

Among all the women who have ever lived, the mother of Jesus Christ is the most celebrated, the most venerated...Among Roman Catholics, the Madonna is recognized not only as the Mother of God, but also, according to modern Popes, as the Queen of the Universe, Queen of Heaven, Seat of Wisdom, and even the Spouse of the Holy Spirit." -Time Magazine, "Handmaid or Feminist?", December 30, 1991, p. 62-66

    Jeremiah 7:18 (NKJV)
18 The children gather wood, the fathers kindle the fire, and the women knead dough, to make cakes for the queen of heaven; and they pour out drink offerings to other gods, that they may provoke Me to anger.

The Babylonian people believed all the lies of Semiramis, and she was then crowned QUEEN OF HEAVEN. She later gave birth to her son and named him Tammuz. By the way, this so called “Queen of Heaven” was also called Iishtar. In today’s world, that word is pronounced, EASTER.

So, is the Mary of Rome the same as the Mary of Babylon? Truth is, Catholics the world over call Mary QUEEN OF HEAVEN do they not? When they pray the Rosary, as some do on a daily basis, they must recite the prayer entitled, “Hail Holy Queen.”

Pius IX, Ubi Primum, 1849: "For God has committed to Mary the treasury of all good things, in order that everyone may know that THROUGH HER are obtained every hope, every grace, and ALL SALVATION. For this is his will, that we obtain everything through Mary."

Paul VI, Christi Matri. "The Church ... been accustomed to have recourse to that most ready intercessor, her Mother Mary ... For as St. Irenaeus says, she 'has become the cause of salvation for the whole human race"

John Paul II, Dives in Misericordia, 1980, quoting Lumen Gentium, "In fact, by being assumed into heaven she has not laid aside the office of salvation but by the manifold intercession she continues to obtain for us the grace of eternal salvation."

-Pope John Paul II again said, "Membership in the Militia means complete dedication to the Kingdom of God and to the salvation of souls through Mary Immaculate."

These popes, like all the others WORSHIP THE PAGAN QUEEN OF HEAVEN! And where you aware that John Paul II has 'dedicated himself and his Pontificate to the Queen of Heaven? He bears the letter "M" for Mary in his coat of arms. And his personal motto, which by the way is embroidered on the side of his robes in Latin are the following words: "TOTUS TUUS SUM MARIA", which in English translates to: "MARY, I'M ALL YOURS."

For those that think the "Totus Tuus Sum Maria" is a fictitious or bogus proclamation of Pope John Paul II, notice this excerpt from a Los Angeles Times News Article.

"By awarding the Virgin a central place in the cathedral's narrative, the archdiocese is keeping faith with a long, if fluctuating, Catholic and Orthodox tradition of devotion to Our Lady, a tradition enjoying a resurgence under Pope John Paul II. (The pope's personal motto, "Totus tuus sum, Maria," or "I am all yours, Mary," reflects his belief that the Virgin intervened to save his life from an assassin's bullet in 1981 so that he could help defeat European communism.)" -LATIMES.com Sept 1, 2002 By REED JOHNSON, Times Staff Writer

Notice how the theme Semiramus started is still active to this day? And I’m not just talking about the title “Queen of Heaven” either. The Pope continues to call his Queen the Virgin Mother. In fact, almost every Catholic I’ve ever known does this as well. Yet, was she a virgin ALL her life as Rome assumes? Or is there biblical evidence to prove otherwise? And before continuing, understand, I am not proclaiming Mary was not a virgin when she conceived Christ. That much is true according to the Word. The rest…? Well… let’s see..

So.. the Question is~ "Why does Catholic doctrine state that Jesus had no brothers and sisters and Mary was a lifelong virgin till the day she died"

"Is not this the carpenter's son? is not his mother called Mary? and his BRETHREN, James, and Joses, and Simon, and Judas? And his SISTERS, are they not all with us? Whence then hath this man all these things?" Matthew 13:55-56

"After these things Jesus walked in Galilee: for he would not walk in Jewry, because the Jews sought to kill him. Now the Jews' feast of tabernacles was at hand. His brethren therefore said unto him, Depart hence, and go into Judaea, that thy disciples also may see the works that thou doest. For [there is] no man [that] doeth any thing in secret, and he himself seeketh to be known openly. If thou do these things, shew thyself to the world. For neither did his brethren believe in him.
    John 7:1-5

“”This I must concede is my favorite verse on this subject. How can it not be realized that "His brethren" here is BLUNTLY speaking of siblings? The argument is completely mute for those that would claim, "brethren" equals ONLY "disciples" now. How? The BRETHREN in this passage are telling Jesus to be on His way and go perform His miracles so that His "DISCIPLES" will see it "For neither did his brethren (or siblings) believe in him." Even Matthew Henry in his comments on this passage says this…””

“Though the death of her husband has given a rude shock to her power, yet her resolution and unbounded ambition were in nowise checked. On the contrary, her ambition took a still higher flight. In life her husband had been honoured as a hero; in death she will have him worshipped as a god, yea, as the woman’s promised seed, “Zero-ashta,” who was destined to bruise the serpent's head, and in so doing, was to have his own heel bruised." The Two Babylons p. 58-59

    New World Encyclopedia: Scripture

The Septuagint: A page from Codex vaticanus.

Scriptures (from the Latin scriptura, meaning "a writing") are sacred texts that serve a variety of purposes in the individual and collective lives of a religious tradition. Scriptures may be used to evoke a deeper connection with the divine, convey spiritual truths, promote mystical experience, foster communal identity, and to guide individual and communal spiritual practice. Many religions believe that their scriptures originated from divine inspiration. The monotheistic faiths view their sacred texts as the "Word of God" and divine revelation. Around the world, scriptures are held in the highest regard and often defended with one's life.

The scriptures of the world's religions have provided humanity with some of the most sublime and profound philosophical insights, spiritual ideals, and values that have shaped the moral and spiritual development of humankind. Indeed, the impact of scripture on world cultures is immeasurable. The lofty ideas found in religious texts have shaped the identity of entire peoples, provided the content for their legal codes, offered individuals and communities meaning to life, and explained the purpose and destination of life's journey for countless followers. Today's ready availability of scriptures of every faith tradition fosters mutual understanding and respect for the value of all religions.

However, the impact of scripture has not always been positive. Excessive literalism, according to many religions, can be an obstacle to realization of higher truth. Moreover, scriptures have been used to fan the flames of intolerance, and cited to justify promote sexism, racism, slavery, and anti-Semitism. It appears that the impact of scripture will continue to be somewhat contentious and ambivalent in the years ahead.

    Zoroaster
    .

Detail of The School of Athens by Raphael, 1509, showing Zoroaster (left, with star-studded globe).

Zoroaster (Greek Ζωροάστρης, Zōroastrēs) or Zarathushtra (Avestan: Zaraθuštra), also referred to as Zartosht (Persian: زرتشت), was an ancient Iranian prophet and the founder of Zoroastrianism, a religion that was the national religion of the Sassanid Empire of Persia; it is predominantly practiced today by the Parsi community of India.

Zoroaster is generally accepted as an authentic historical figure, but the period in which he lived remains unclear. Many scholarly estimates place him circa 1200 B.C.E., making him a candidate to be the founder of the earliest religion based on a revealed scripture, the Yasna, while others place him anywhere between the eighteenth and the sixth centuries B.C.E. Zoroaster taught that a the universe is pervaded by a Cosmic Battle between the uncreated creator, Ahura Mazda and the principle of darkness and evil, Angra Mainyu. Humans can aid the eventual victory of light and of order over darkness and chaos through their “Good Thoughts, Good Words, Good Deeds” (“Humata, Hukhta, Huvarshta”).

    From a EasterTract-By-BrotherBrad

"Ishtar", which is pronounced "Easter" was a day that commemorated the resurrection of one of their gods that they called "Tammuz", who was believed to be the only begotten son of the moon-goddess and the sun-god. In those ancient times, there was a man named Nimrod, who was the grandson of one of Noah's son named Ham. Ham had a son named Cush who married a woman named Semiramis. Cush and Semiramis then had a son named him "Nimrod." …..Ishtar soon became pregnant and claimed that it was the rays of the sun-god Baal that caused her to conceive. The son that she brought forth was named Tammuz..

    This story is sanitised.

So the penny drops; no wonder you want Ellen White to be a false prophet and for those whose God is the queen of heaven would be a threat. I have trouble digesting this. They give Jesus's Glory to a FALSE Mary having given Mary's identity to Semiramis and call their Church the child of the Queen of Heaven giving meaning to being in place of Christ.

From the earliest ages of the Catholic Church a Christian people, whether in time of triumph or more especially in time of crisis, has addressed prayers of petition and hymns of praise and veneration to the Queen of Heaven. And never has that hope wavered which they placed in the Mother of the Divine King, Jesus Christ; nor has that faith ever failed by which we are taught that Mary, the Virgin Mother of God, reigns with a mother's solicitude over the entire world, just as she is crowned in heavenly blessedness with the glory of a Queen. - Ad Caeli Reginam of Pope Pius XII, Encyclical on Proclaiming the Queenship of Mary, Promulgated October 11, 1985
