Elijah ran from Jezebel (and I'm going to take some liberty in paraphrasing here to get the thought across) Elijah ran from Jezebel because one: she was mad about what he had done in killing her prophets and men, but, also because she thought she knew and could prove that Elijah was no better than those men of hers...

She threatened him by saying she would make his soul like one of theirs (by petitioning the "gods" or the Spirits/angels) and demand justice before the night was over with, and, so, Elijah ran due to this, cause he knew she was "right", and Elijah had no defense...

But, God helped Elijah and made things better and let Elijah know that He (God) was not going to do, (or let, or allow) anything "bad" happen to him because of Jezebel's cries....

Isn't this how Satan thinks he can win with us, (and God and the angels) by proving to God that none of us are any better nor really any different from even the worst of the worst, (his (Satan's people) or of him (Satan) himself even...

Cause the truth is that he is right, and we are not (better or even different) than anyone else, even the worst of the worst... That is a hard pill to swallow, but we must all swallow it and digest it, and (now this is the difference) we can choose after this just what we're going to do in the light and face of this (the/this judgment) and fact...? The difference is that we can "change" afterward... He (Satan) and they (his followers or children) can not, and that is main "key" difference, and the difference that matters most...

What we do about and after this judgment and how we act after this, is what will determine our fate... And what we do after this has to be, and must include, turning to or sticking with and staying close to and with God for one... For another, it has to be a change we make in ourselves with God and God's help... It has to include God, in other words...

We can change... He (Satan and his followers) can not... cause they "will not", (they choose not to, but hang onto their pride)... And, as long as we do not make this mistake, with God involved, and with Christ involved we can "change" and be "different", they cannot (cause they will not)...

That is the main difference...
