Thanks; I just love the way she sings "cross" and "price" I thought she was from the UK; but I suppose that's an Aussie accent?

I guess it is, mnorian, as Google tells me Miriam was born in Australia.

I hear the accent mainly in the words 'sin' and 'lifted', where Aussies tend to elongate the 'i' sound so that it sounds almost like ee as in seen or been.
