Drumroll, please!

Well, I had my "weigh-and-measure" day at Curves...and in one month's time, I've lost a foot!

(no, wait, let me rephrase that...)

I've lost a total of twelve inches over my various body measurements!


I had a doctor's appointment today, and since the beginning of December, I've lost 24 pounds!

And if anyone here understands "diabetes-speak," my Hb A1C dropped from 6.8 to 5.5!

Sooooooo, while I haven't been hanging around CF much as of late, you can see I've been BUSY!

We now return you to your regularly-scheduled whatevering...
