Dream about being inbetween the natural and supernatural realms

I had a dream sometime ago about being on staircase in the supernatural but being able to see the natural staircase below me and what was going on in the natural realm vs the supernatural realm which was very different. Has this ever happened to anyone else?

I think it is incredible how much activity is going on around us and above us.
