downloading movie w subtitles

I'm trying to download a colombian/US movie (maria full of grace)with english subtitles. Would be glad to pay for it, but seems to be not available in streaming from youtube, amazon, netflix etc. (only available in dvd)

Are there any recommended sites for downloading/streaming flics? I've tried 10 so far that claim they have it-all have just ended up being links to video games, .exe files which I assume would be a virus

It's only 240p though.

They have it at my library just down the street.
