I'm thinking of purchasing a domain for my youth group.

Dose anyone know of any good places to buy a domain?

Yeah, it's a bargain... also for hosting, check out oneandone.com - they're doing some 3 years hosting for free deal...

Or, if like me, you're skeptical of places like that lol, check out prohosters.com - They do some great prices for hosting.

my host plan right now is 9.95/month for

500 meg space
40 gig bandwidth
pretty much everything else included

i got my space upped 1 gig cus the guy was at home when i signed up and he didnt get me hooked up right away hehe.

That's a pretty good deal... I had a site and I was constantly worried about the bandwidth, the diskspace was never a problem, i always find hosts offer ample storage space but not enough bandwidth..

I've purchased most of my domains from Hostway(www . hostway . com ). They have good prices - $6/year.
