Please don't lump trump in with atheists.

Atheists are WAAAAAAAAY more moral than trump is. Calling him an atheist is insulting to atheists.
But he is an atheist, whether you like it or not.
We aren't a group of unified peoples. I am nothing at all like Trump and yet I recognise that both of us are atheists.

A "sworn statement" of a supposed expert is worthless when the expert is well outside of his area of expertise. Your so called expert is not an expert on how elections are done. He won't get in trouble because he probably did not lie. He really believes the unsupported nonsense that he spouted. That does not make it reliable or evidence.

Wait and see.

You’re outside your area of expertise when you claim you can judge what’s evidence, and what’s not evidence that a court will accept.

There are at least a dozen forensic analysts, IT experts, ex military intelligence computer experts, and others that have given sworn affidavit testimony, and that’s just so far.

The dominion user guide is online, and it was designed to steal elections, per a litany of computer and ex military intelligence officers who’ve testified and given sworn affidavits about, and per chapter 11 of the user guide which shows how it’s done, in black and white.

Dominion user guide

https://www.oann.com/files/UG-RTR-UserGuide-5-11-CO.pdf#page77

Look at chapter 11 which shows how to manipulate votes.

Look for the RCV (ranked choice voting) Method: This will select the specific method of tabulating RCV votes to elect a winner, the following methods of cheating are supported:

• IRV: Instant Runoff-Voting.

• STV: Single Transferable Voting, more specifically the Weighted Inclusive Gregory Method, which implements fractional surplus transfer of elected candidates.

• Points IRV: a modified form of Instant Run-off Voting where ranked choice voting results are evaluated on a district per district basis and each district has a set number of points (100). Elimination and declaration of winners is done on basis of points, not votes.
Why’s the link going to OAN?
WHY not link directly to this online users guide at Dominion’s website?

Just one of many forensic analysis that has been done resulting in sworn affidavits:

Williams College Mathematician Flags up to 100,000 Ballots in Pennsylvania
BY JACK PHILLIPS
November 20, 2020 Updated: November 21, 2020
Print
A professor of mathematics at Williams College, in a sworn affidavit, flagged nearly 100,000 ballots in Pennsylvania after analyzing election data and phone interviews.

Steven Miller, who specializes in analytic number theory and sabermetrics, said that one instance of possible fraud involved potential votes that weren’t counted and another instance involved ballots that may have been requested by a person other than the GOP-registered voter.

“I estimate that the number of ballots that were either requested by someone other than the registered Republican or requested and returned but not counted range from 89,397 to 98,801,” Miller said in the sworn statement (pdf), according to Just The News.

Elaborating, Miller said that “almost surely, the number of ballots requested by someone other than the registered Republican is between 37,001 and 58,914,” and that “almost surely the number of ballots requested by registered Republicans and returned but not counted is in the range from 38,910 to 56,483.”

Pennsylvania’s state data for early and absentee ballot requests showed 165,412 ballots requested in the names of registered GOP voters that were not counted as of Nov. 16, Miller stated.

Data shows Democratic nominee Joe Biden is ahead of President Donald Trump by around 80,000 votes in Pennsylvania.

Federal Election Commission Chairman Trey Trainor, an appointee of Trump, told the news outlet that Miller’s affidavit is evidence of potential voter fraud.

“This data, which is provided by an expert witness, who would be qualified in almost any court in the country, adds to the conclusions that some level of voter fraud took place in this year’s election,” Trainor remarked. “Therefore, the rush to certify results that are this suspicious from places with known election violations would nullify millions of votes that were legally cast by individual voters.”

Miller, who was educated at Yale and Princeton, said he analyzed data from Pennsylvania’s election that was collected by Matt Braynard, who formerly worked for the Trump campaign, and conducted 2,684 voter interviews by a phone bank.

The American Mathematical Society in 2019 saidMiller was included in its class of fellows “for contributions to number theory and service to the mathematical community, particularly in support of mentoring undergraduate research.”

Pennsylvania Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar’s office has not responded to a request for comment.

Boockvar’s office previously said it has found no evidence of voter fraud or mass irregularities in Pennsylvania, while other secretaries of state in Arizona, Georgia, and Michigan have said the same. Earlier this week, the Department of Homeland Security’s cybersecurity division said the Nov. 3 election was the “most secure” in U.S. history, saying there is “no evidence that any voting system deleted or lost votes, changed votes, or was in any way compromised.”

Trump’s legal team, however, has said they have found enough evidence to potentially overturn the election.
“Funny” how these vote-challenges are always slightly more than the President needs to overtake Biden.

Yes, but most atheists don’t think that they, themselves are God. (Even though this is a “charge” leveled at them, often enough.)
Trump think’s that he is.
Okay maybe a demigod; (like most demagogues).

Because it has not happened. Though there are a few dishonest loons in state legislatures most of them are honest.

Your fake news bubble is going to burst before long.

What I said is accurate.

Read the resolution for yourself:

With mounting evidence of election fraud now visible, members of the Pennsylvania legislature have drafted a joint resolution [SEE HERE] to overturn election results, reverse the previous state certification, and the sponsors promise they will take it to the Supreme Court if necessary.

The Resolution

Declaring the results of statewide electoral contests in the 2020 General Election to be in dispute.

WHEREAS, Article I, Section 4, Clause 1 of the United States Constitution empowers state legislatures, including the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, to prescribe the “Times, Places, and Manner” of conducting elections; and

WHEREAS, Article II, Section 1, Clause 2 of the United States Constitution empowers state legislatures, including the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, to direct the manner of appointing electors for President and Vice President of the United States; and

WHEREAS, the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania has exercised its authority to establish election administration procedures for the Commonwealth, known as the Pennsylvania Election Code; and

WHEREAS, the Pennsylvania Election Code requires all mail-in ballots to be received by eight o’clock P.M. on the day of the election; and

WHEREAS, the Pennsylvania Election Code requires election officials at polling places to authenticate the signatures of in-person voters; and

WHEREAS, the Pennsylvania Election Code requires that county boards of elections shall not meet to conduct a pre-canvass of all absentee and mail-in ballots until seven o’clock A.M. on Election Day, during which time defects on mail-in ballots would be identified; and

WHEREAS, the Pennsylvania Election Code prohibits the counting of defective absentee or mail-in ballots; and

WHEREAS, the Pennsylvania Election Code authorizes “watchers,” selected by candidates and political parties, to observe the process of canvassing absentee and mail-in ballots; and

WHEREAS, the Commonwealth conducted an election on November 3, 2020 for federal offices, including selecting electors for President and Vice President of the United States; and

WHEREAS, officials in the Executive and Judicial Branches of the Commonwealth infringed upon the General Assembly’s authority under the United States Constitution by unlawfully changing the rules governing the November 3, 2020 election in the Commonwealth; and

WHEREAS, on September 17, 2020, less than seven weeks before the November 3, 2020 election, the partisan majority on the Supreme Court of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania unlawfully and unilaterally extended the deadline for mail-in ballots to be received, mandated that ballots mailed without a postmark would be presumed to be received timely, and could be accepted without a verified voter signature; and

WHEREAS, on October 23, 2020, less than two weeks before the November 3, 2020 election and upon a petition from the Secretary of the Commonwealth, the Supreme Court of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania ruled that mail-in ballots need not authenticate signatures for mail-in ballots, thereby treating in-person and mail-in voters dissimilarly and eliminating a critical safeguard against potential election crime; and

WHEREAS, on November 2, 2020, the night before the November 3, 2020 election and prior to the prescribed time for pre-canvassing mail-in ballots, the office of the Secretary of the Commonwealth encouraged certain counties to notify party and candidate representatives of mail-in voters whose ballots contained defects; and

Advertisement - story continues below

WHEREAS, heavily Democrat counties permitted mail-in voters to cure ballot defects while heavily Republican counties followed the law and invalidated defective ballots; and

WHEREAS, in certain counties in the Commonwealth, watchers were not allowed to meaningfully observe the pre-canvassing and canvassing activities relating to absentee and mail-in ballots; and

WHEREAS, in other parts of the Commonwealth, watchers observed irregularities concerning the pre-canvassing and canvassing of absentee and mail-in ballots; and

WHEREAS, postal employees in Pennsylvania have reported anomalies relating to mail-in ballots, including multiple ballots delivered to a single address with unfamiliar addressees, ballots mailed to vacant homes, empty lots, and addresses that did not exist; and

Advertisement - story continues below

WHEREAS, witnesses testifying before the Pennsylvania Senate Majority Policy Committee on November 25, 2020 have provided additional compelling information regarding the questionable nature of the administration of the 2020 General Election; and

WHEREAS, there remains ongoing litigation concerning the administration of the November 3, 2020 election in the Commonwealth; and

WHEREAS, in 2016, Pennsylvania’s general election results were certified on December 12, 2016, and on November 24, 2020, the Secretary of the Commonwealth unilaterally and prematurely certified results of the November 3, 2020 election regarding presidential electors despite ongoing litigation; and

WHEREAS, the Pennsylvania House of Representatives has the duty to ensure that no citizen of this Commonwealth is disenfranchised, to insist that all elections are conducted according to the law, and to satisfy the general public that every legal vote is counted accurately;

Advertisement - story continues below

THEREFORE, be it RESOLVED that the Pennsylvania House of Representatives—

1. Recognizes substantial irregularities and improprieties associated with mail-in balloting, pre-canvassing, and canvassing during the November 3, 2020 election; and

2. Disapproves of the infringement on the General Assembly’s authority pursuant to the United States Constitution to regulate elections; and

3. Disapproves of and disagrees with the Secretary of the Commonwealth’s premature certification of the results of the November 3, 2020 election regarding presidential electors; and

Advertisement - story continues below

4. Declares that the selection of presidential electors and other statewide electoral contest results in this Commonwealth is in dispute; and

5. Urges the Secretary of the Commonwealth and the Governor to withdraw or vacate the certification of presidential electors and to delay certification of results in other statewide electoral contests voted on at the 2020 General Election; and

6. Urges the United States Congress to declare the selection of presidential electors in this Commonwealth to be in dispute. (link)

It was accurate and when the votes are cast, it gives a print out for review before voters turn them in. If the machines where changing tallies, then the electronic info would not match the printed information when hand counts are done.

That said, I don't 100% trust anything, and I'm hoping dems get control of the senate so they can finally pass election security measures so that the integrity of future elections will not be in doubt. The GOP had 4 years and acted upon nothing for fear of Trump taking it personally.

You obviously do not know about the QR code problem.

Each printout has the name of the candidate selected printed on it, but it puts a QR code on it with a candidates name on it, that you can’t read.

If the ballot printout is scanned later for a recount, only the QR code is read, not the printed name on it - thus if the Dominion voting system,, which is designed to easily steal votes, steals your vote for Trump, for example, a recount will read the Trump ballot as a vote for Biden, regardless of what the printed name is.

Colorado recognized that problem, and became the first state to ban QR codes:

Does this comment without a member header go to everyone on this thread?

Here’s some more evidence that “doesn’t exist” according to the propaganda propagators, aka MSM - the non existent water main break in GA used to clear out the polling place, was a ploy so that 4 Democrats who stayed behind, could pull out from under a table, suitcases stuffed with fake ballots, and they spent three hours putting those ballots into the system - caught on security cameras:

Do you mean a quote of another user when you say "member header"? and by "go to" do you. mean receive an alert? If so then the answer is it depends on whether they are watching the thread and what their thread watching settings are.

Actually I have my doubts if any experts in appropriate fields have testified. For example the failed appeal to a "professor of mathematics". Once again the Trump supporters demonstrate that they do not understand the nature of evidence when they made that error.

That doesn't negate the fact that the DoJ issued an adjudication without conducting an investigation.

I strongly doubt you have acutal information on the inner workings of US Department of Justice investigations into the matter.

It's amazing that allegations from 20+ years ago, against Justice Kavanaugh, with one accuser, zero evidence and zero witnesses, are believed as gospel truth. Yet, hundreds of sworn affiants in current events, are written off as unbelievable an not worth the time to investigate.
Might have something to do with how willing the accusers were to testify under penalty of perjury about the various allegations. In Donald's little fraud accusation, that number seems vanishingly close to zero. I wonder why people saying that there was fraud suddenly change their mind when there are legal consequences for lying?

The people who actually "saw" fraud and/or illegalities occur...

... need to step up and testify in court. If they did, maybe Donald's team wouldn't keep losing their election-related court cases.

Until they do, they simply don't matter.

But that is just it, in Georgia they did a hand count of all ballots with observers present. The recount, done by people counting the printed ballots, without using the Dominion machines, showed the same result as the machine count.

No problem.

Already the state legislatures of PA, GA and MI have heard hours of testimony and evidence, and the PA state legislature is currently working to overturn the certification for Biden, after the hearing.

But of course you’ve heard zip about any of that.

Yes. It is almost as if it is a lurid fever dream, not reality.
