I'm new to this board, and I'm sure that this topic has been discussed endlessly. But what is everyone's opinion of the movie "Dogma"?

I had high hopes for this movie, but I didn't like it. It's been awhile since I have seen it, so I really couldn't tell you any details why.

The satire of this movie had me rolling on the floor. Kevin Smith's directorial depiction of the catholic church was sooo funny in all of it stereotypes. I love Kevin Smith and all of his artistry. I would not venture to say that 'Dogma' was his best film though.

I loved it. I thought it was so great. This is probably my favorite Kevin Smith movie. Everything about it was great.

When I first saw it, years before I became a Christian, I didn't like it (I did not disliked it either). I thought it silly, not really funny and certainly not deep (how people could think it was a good criticism of religion is beyond me).
