If I had a dog that bit one person, let alone 11, I would have some kind of law enforcement, and or lawyers at my front door. (Yeah I know, it's a "whatsboutisim")

I think they should go in another direction and give the president a pet wild wolf. The president deserves a better pet than a mere vicious german sheppard.

My guess is poor socialization/training of a very protective breed. The dog should be moved from the WH as this is creating a stressful environment for it.

I recall "Commander" (dog's name) has been removed temporarily in the past and a trainer was working with him. My guess is this specific dog is simply not compatible with the White House environment. Maybe he feels the Secret Service is interferring with his protective instincts?
