From my knowledge of Hebrew, this guy sounds confused to me. Maybe, someone else can make sense of his article, please.

23 pages... a lot to go through. Can you highlight his main points? Without hearing him I would reject it as I have never seen anyone who was raised reading Hebrew suggest anything is wrong here. The English, "if a man lays with a man as he would a woman" is pretty straight forward.
