It seems in jeremiah and other areas of the bible if you sin God can judge you.

Im a hypochondriac and always worry of disease
and I worry by drinking alcohol will God punish me?
I feel guilty sometimes when i drink

I wonder if its because i was brought up drinking was wrong, or if its conviction.
I also feel its less of an example by drinking so it makes me not want to drink
cause just because I handle it, maybe it could cause someone else to stumble

From memory of your past posts, it does not look like you can handle it.

Also, separately, but important, drinking in front of weak or young believers is never a good idea - it is likely and in the past has caused many to stumble.

I also feel its less of an example by drinking so it makes me not want to drink
cause just because I handle it, maybe it could cause someone else to stumble

My answer is a resounding NO!!!
In the OT He said He would do things like that when His people sinned against Him.
Deuteronomy 28 has a long list of things God would do if they didn't obey.
But, thanks be to God, Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law. Galatians 3:10-13

It can be the case, but it is not always the case and should not automatically be assumed to be the case. Sometimes sin just brings about collateral damage of its own and sometimes it could just be your lot.

John 9
1And as Jesus passed by, he saw a man which was blind from his birth. 2And his disciples asked him, saying, Master, who did sin, this man, or his parents, that he was born blind? 3Jesus answered, Neither hath this man sinned, nor his parents: but that the works of God should be made manifest in him.

Acts 12
20And Herod was highly displeased with them of Tyre and Sidon: but they came with one accord to him, and, having made Blastus the king's chamberlain their friend, desired peace; because their country was nourished by the king's country. 21And upon a set day Herod, arrayed in royal apparel, sat upon his throne, and made an oration unto them. 22And the people gave a shout, saying, It is the voice of a god, and not of a man. 23And immediately the angel of the Lord smote him, because he gave not God the glory: and he was eaten of worms, and gave up the ghost.

I would add, be very careful not to do things that prick your conscience.

Romans 14
5One man esteemeth one day above another: another esteemeth every day alike. Let every man be fully persuaded in his own mind. 6He that regardeth the day, regardeth it unto the Lord; and he that regardeth not the day, to the Lord he doth not regard it. He that eateth, eateth to the Lord, for he giveth God thanks; and he that eateth not, to the Lord he eateth not, and giveth God thanks. 7For none of us liveth to himself, and no man dieth to himself. 8For whether we live, we live unto the Lord; and whether we die, we die unto the Lord: whether we live therefore, or die, we are the Lord's. 9For to this end Christ both died, and rose, and revived, that he might be Lord both of the dead and living.

Anytime you start a question with "Can God..." the answer is yes.
"Can God...." make those who have trampled underfoot the Gospel and the Blood of Jesus , for whom God Says there remains no more any sacrifice for their sin ,
be saved from eternal judgment ?
NO.

i.e. not always a yes, because of perfect righteousness and justice and judgment and wisdom.

We see in Job, who actually was faithful but had a couple of misguided ideas, that God lifted Jobs protection and set a limit on the damage that Satan could inflict. In the end Job agreed with God and was highly blessed. God did not inflict his wrath but allowed Satan access with less restraint in this case.

Feeling as you do about alcohol it may be best if you ask God to help you dislike it more and more. And quit. Incidentally God requested alcohol be removed from my life and I did it but returned. Just a light drinker of wine, the second time He insisted LOL ! I now don't even like the looks of it and the smell sickens me. And of course, since wine is a mocker and beer/strong drink a brawler ! Proverbs 20:1

The effect you get from alcohol is becasue it is poison. If you don't drink too much then you won't die that day. But it kills organ cells and brain cells none-the-less. Your organs must recover from each drink you consume.

Sickness is not necessary a punishment from God.
Sickness could be a lesson given by God. A faithful Christian becomes a better soul through sickness, healed or not.

It is better to not drink alcohol than to drink too much and stumble. While even a little alcohol may increase the risk of cancer, some studies show a little alcohol increases heart health. It is difficult for a person to discern the best path.

My cousin had a big house in a wealthy neighborhood. She had raised her children. She died of liver cancer in her 50's. At the funeral someone remarked that she was frequently seen with a wine glass in her hand.

One study in Britain determined people who drank 1-3 servings of alcohol a week lived longer than those who never drank. There are numerous studies. They have not all reached the same conclusions.

People have different genetics. What is good for one is not good for another.

If He ever once violated His Own TORAH, His Own Rules, His Own Perfect Righteousness,

then we could not have unshakeable and true faith in Him with never a doubt or worry.

He is unchanging eternity past without beginning, and eternity future with no ending,
and
He is the best absolutely perfect - there is no change possible, and if there was any change possible to 'grow'!? or 'improve'?! , He would not be absolutely perfect already...

God can do anything He wants. Whether or not He chooses to is a different question.

I think you guys are misunderstanding me
I'm saying do you think God would think and give someone a disease for being disobedient

Not from alcohol getting a disease cause in the past I rarely drank a lot
I'm just saying in general punish someone with a disease

Not necessarily punishment ..... when people disobey Yahweh, they often get sick.
When they obey Him,
they don't get sick as often.
((MAYBE) especially mental issues/ depression and so on)

It is just the results of disobedience, not "punishment".
