Although I am Lutheran, I agree with the early Reformers and the RCC and EO that Mary had no other biological children besides Jesus. Luther and the other reformers believed that Mary was ever-virgin,and had no children after Jesus.
One giveaway to me right in the Bible is that upon the cross, Jesus gives Mary to the disciple John to care for her. If Mary had other children they would have been obligated to take her in.
Also someone mentioned it up-thread but there have been no traditions of anyone claiming to be direct descendants of Joseph and Mary.
