Then in Mark 16:16 He that believeth and is BAPTIZED shall be saved , but he that believeth not shall be DAMNED .

SO do you believe that WATER BAPTISIM SAVES TODAY ??

Based on the scripture below, the most important thing about the word "baptize" in the New Testament has nothing to do with water.

Luk 3:16 John answered, saying unto them all, I indeed baptize you with water; but one mightier than I cometh, the latchet of whose shoes I am not worthy to unloose: he shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost and with fire:

Joh 14:26 But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.

Act 11:15 And as I began to speak, the Holy Ghost fell on them, as on us at the beginning.
Act 11:16 Then remembered I the word of the Lord, how that he said, John indeed baptized with water; but ye shall be baptized with the Holy Ghost.

Rom 8:9 But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his.

1Co 3:16 Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you?

Eph 1:13 In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise,

1Jn 2:27 But the anointing which ye have received of him abideth in you, and ye need not that any man teach you: but as the same anointing teacheth you of all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in him.

And interested in your quote of Luke 3:16 .

The Greek words SHALL BAPTIZE / BAPTIZO is in the Greek FUTURE TENSE , ACTIVE VOICE and in the INDICATIVE MOOD that is a FACT .

Why is the FUTURE TENSE used here ?

The next Greek word YOU / HYMAS is a PERSONAL POSSESSEIVE PRONOUN ?

And Why does John use the Greek word FIRE / PYR ??
