hi my name is adrian first post on this sight.
does anybody feel like i do about seeing all these christians everywhere believing jesus is about to come back. the mark of the beast and the tribulation period? does anyone see that the tribulation period had taken place when jesus said it would, in his days .
for the last 2 thousand years we have been living in the last days , and every generation since then has probably been talking about this same thing only this is relatively new and was started around the 1800s when alot of other fishy stuff was going on. all i'm saying is don't rush to believe whats happening today has anything to do with the tribulations or end of days . its my belief that someone came up with a plan to confuse christians about the last days so it could be used as a tool to blind the masses to what their doing in the backgrounds to store history in the direction they want it to go. im talking about the synagogue of satan who take orders from the devil. so be aware of the prowling lion seeking his next victim. be smarter then the average person. dont count something out just because you don't know anything about it. we are living in a time of confusion and deception, the forces of darkness in heavenly realms spiritual forces are at work trying to turn everyone against each other to play god and try and bring a tower of babel back . to have a one world one government. last time man was here God intervened because nothing man set out to do was possible. so it could be close to jesus coming back but only the father knows . we are called to always be on guard

I think Seventh Day Adventists have a lot to do with it. Since the 19th century, they are very active with the last days, vegetarianism, YEC and Sabbath. Almost all websites about these topics are from them (under various names).

"Evangelizing" in these areas is their main activity.

I once avoided the idea of Jesus coming back, until around 10 years ago when I started having dreams of Jesus coming back. At that time 10 years ago I began to have dreams of a conflict with Russia, and that it would be the signal that the period before Jesus returns was upon us. In the dreams, I felt the time was right on us. One of those dreams predicted the Ukraine conflict. Points of note from the dream:

    • People were walking and running to escape the Russian Army, in the dream I was walking with them
    • I could see a shop and wanted to get there to get weapons and food, but when I arrived there were no weapons, or food.
    • In the dream, I saw athletes, and a blood-socked flag, where Russians were rejoicing over a war, or war victory
    • I saw my family get onto a big white ship, and I was left alone, it was commanded that I could not go with them.
    • I then saw a grave and me beside it
    The parallels from this dream:

    • The Ukrainians were running and walking to get away from the Russians
    • The west has not provided direct military assistance, even though it was sought
    • The war started at the time of the Winter Olympics
    • The men and women were separated, and the men were commanded to stay and fight
This was only one in a series of Russian war dreams, one showing the (actual) End Times, and some of the deceptions that will be on the earth.

adrian welcome brother. I wanted to ask you a question regarding this post. Why do you think we are called to watch for his return lest he come like a thief in the night at an hour you do not expect? Also, you know there's a difference between the rapture and the second coming right?
Don't believe a date setter, but we are all called to be watching and its not bad to speculate on a season of when the lord will rapture the church before the 7 year tribulation period.
Ill leave you with this video:

Welcome to CF. Be prepared , do not be deceived and put on the full armor of God. This is His command for us. As a partial Preterist and not a Dispensational Futurist, I understand as you do. Many , many generations have claimed His second comming in their time with no fruition. What we really need to focus on is our own personal relationship with our Lord. At any time our life could end either suddenly or instantly. Blessings.

    I'm 50. If I live to 60, I have 3650 days left. That's not many.
    If I live to 70, I have about 7,300
    If I live to 80 I have about 10,000.

I guarantee you, I am living in my last days.

Let’s put all this together. What does the Bible say about the last days? How does it define the term? The Bible defines the last days as the time between the first coming of Christ to the second coming of Christ. In other words the last days have been going on for 2,000 years. This differs from how most people today think about the last days and define the term. Many Christians tend to think the last days means Jesus is coming back in the coming years or maybe at most the next few decades. And maybe you are thinking, surely now we are living in the very last days right? With everything happening Jesus has to be coming back within a matter of years.that’s pure speculation. The Bible doesn’t tell us that or really give us any clues. Despite what some claim. Jesus could return soon, as in the next few years. But we just don’t know. Even Jesus himself says He doesn’t know in Matthew 24:36. I don’t know about you, but I don’t want to try to outdo Jesus.
Yet there’s no shortage of people claiming Jesus is returning soon, that we are in the actual last days. But their claims are baseless, they are not supported in the Bible. I suppose they could get lucky. Jesus could return tomorrow, but it could also be another 2,000 years. The Bible doesn’t tell us. Instead, it keeps its usage of the last days as a broad scope of time and refuses to get specific. Are We Living In The Last Days? So, are we living in the last days? Yes, we have been for 2,000 years. Is Jesus coming soon? Who knows. I see little benefit in speculating. The Bible doesn’t give any clues, instead, it tells us how to live in the here and now in light of what Jesus has done. I see so many people take their own idea of what the last days are and impose it on the Bible. I see it all the time. And that practice is so dangerous. You can make the Bible say anything you want when you fail to read it in context. The most common interpretation of the last days in the Bible focuses on Jesus’ immediate return but neglects what we are supposed to do. Most would rather try to predict Jesus’ return, rather that do the work set before us. This misses the point of what the Bible is actually challenging us to do.Technically, yes we are living in the last days. But that doesn’t mean Jesus is for sure returning in the next few years or even in your lifetime. If you want to believe that, that’s fine. But don’t twist the Bible to support your opinion. The Bible isn’t interested in telling you when Jesus is going to return. And no Revelation doesn’t offer a timeline.

Well, it is for certain that we are closer to Christ return right now then anyone has ever been. How far away is it? The bible tells us that when the Antichrist is revealed, then we will be in the time when Christ will return. However, we will not know the particular day of hour.

im the same way i just believe the lord jesus revealed this to me and i wanted to share it. knowin the truth about all this takes away a fear and worrie one might have that he doesnt even know he has . think about it, why would john say in revelations that they were in the tribulation back then. whats happening today in the world is evil people have led millions of us christians to believe jesus is going to save us before the tribulations , so what do you think is does to most believers, they probley just wait and do nothing, while a secret cabal takes over our world. this is what the evil rulers want most of us focused on, so we can fall in line with their great reset they can blame on gods judgement upon us when its really them

Well, the secret cabal is not human, but angelic - i.e. Satan and his angels.

The person becomes the Antichrist by being anointed the King of Israel, coming in his own name, will be a Jew. In Judaism, there is a mysticism element to it called Kabbalah.

One of the tenets of Kabbalah is the belief that the adept practitioner can have the angels to assist them in carrying out the practitioner's goals and aspirations.

In Daniel 8:25 we read about the little horn person (who will become the Antichrist, followed by becoming the beast of Revelation 13, later) about ascending to power - "but not by his own power". Which appears to be that he will be getting help from the fallen angels and Satan.

24 And his power shall be mighty, but not by his own power: and he shall destroy wonderfully, and shall prosper, and practise, and shall destroy the mighty and the holy people.

25 And through his policy also he shall cause craft to prosper in his hand; and he shall magnify himself in his heart, and by peace shall destroy many: he shall also stand up against the Prince of princes; but he shall be broken without hand.

I used to wonder if it's already happened. Jesus born, Jesus death, his resurrection being his (second coming) etc.

I am 73. Both my father and his father lived into their early 80's.
My grandfather was a healthy man, and he died a natural death. My father's life was prolonged with a mechanical heart.
Given the choice of living a long time, or being raptured, I would pick being raptured every time.

"for the last 2 thousand years we have been living in the last days , and every generation since then has probably been talking about this same thing only this is relatively new and was started around the 1800s when alot of other fishy stuff was going on"

OT prophecies talking about Israel when Israel was not a nation. When OT said Israel would become a nation in a day.. that happened and we are living in that day. As for 1800.. yeah no offense to you it gets so old. We can if we searched and many have can go back to 1600 it was talked about. Then we can jump back to 300-400AD when a hymn writer/preacher wrote about Christ caught up happening before the great tribulation. Then others before after him. So its not something new it just those that say 1830 or what ever date are just quoting what someone else said. So is that what I am doing? No yeas ago I went searching because I wanted to know if someone talked about it.

So you can't just google it you have to really dig and I found him and you could see the scrolls. When for me TBN was really good there was this man had gray hair and glasses talked about this Hymn writer and preacher and he showed the scrolls and what was in them. This does not prove anything other then it was talked about preached about Jesus coming before the great trib.

For me to believe as the OP is saying here one has to toss out allot of scripture you can't explain.
