Ive been asking God for help lately and asking him to help me with a lot of Important questions I have. How to do the right thing for the right reasons.

Some of the answers I consider make me anxious and feel bad.
Once in a while, while searching or reflecting I will find an answer that bring me peace and happiness. Sometimes I ignore it and say its just a random feeling. but......

Could the answer that brings peace be the answer Im looking for?
Gods answer? Gods way if showing me the way?

I tend to agree that, on the whole, an answer from God will bring us peace... if we accept it. The fruits of the spirit include peace, love, and joy; so an answer coming from that spirit is likely to bring with it those same fruits.

That said, God often wants to tell us things we don't want to hear. If we react against what God is telling us, we may find that we are not at peace. But this wouldn't be because God's answer has come to disturb our peace. Rather, it is our rejection of God's answer (in that scenario) which disturbs our peace.
