Bumping posted previously this thread.
(Joh 5:23) That all men should honour the Son, even as they honour the Father. He that honoureth not the Son honoureth not the Father which hath sent him.
Honor the Son exactly, in every way, as you honor the Father. Anyone who does not do so does not honor the Father.

Yes, unquestionably.

Reason is, because the word 'trinity' simply means 'three' with pointing to the triune Godhead of The Father, The Son, and The Holy Spirit. If you don't accept them All as One, then you reveal doubt as any of them being GOD. And that includes Jesus Christ too!

So what all these fake posts about questioning the identity of The Godhead are in reality about, is to confuse the weak minded away from their Faith on Jesus Christ as God having come in the flesh!
Well, they also could be Mormons, who believe that there are three but not one in God. Thus, they believe in three Gods and that we can become gods too. It's sad when people can't believe in the three-in-one nature of God. They elevate their reason to be on God's level rather than humbly accepting the Bible's witness to him and his mystery.

What do Protestants have to do with heretic cults? Mormonism even inserts paganism into their cult, because Joseph Smith said he discovered golden Persian tablets to prove the prophecies he espoused.

Point is, the unbelieving Jews, and... many Jewish converts, refuse to accept Jesus of Nazareth as God The Son according to Scripture proof in The Bible...

Isa 7:14
14 Therefore the Lord himself shall give you a sign; Behold, a virgin shall conceive, and bear a son, and shall call his name Immanuel.
KJV

Isa 9:6
6 For unto us a Child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.

KJV

Anyone who does not recognize those above Isaiah Scriptures being about Jesus of Nazareth is instead following the 'false Jews', the one's Jesus said that lie and are not... Jews, but are the "synagogue of Satan".

So if you don't realize that long ago the pagan Canaanites started creeping in among Israel, particularly among Judah (Jews), and even into the priest and scribe office, then you've got a lot of catching up to do.

The Bible doesn’t teach believing God is 3 persons is necessary for salvation, old or New Testament.

the overwhelming theme in the New Testament is that we need to believe Jesus is the Messiah, God’s beloved son, and that God raised him from the dead.

Well, yes it does! but indirectly!

Whoever accepts The Son has The Father also, but whoever denies The Son does not have The Father either...

1 John 2:22-23
22 Who is a liar but he that denieth that Jesus is the Christ? He is antichrist, that denieth the Father and the Son.

23 Whosoever denieth the Son, the same hath not the Father: (but) he that acknowledgeth the Son hath the Father also.
KJV

The idea of denying that Jesus of Nazareth is 'The Christ' is about denying Jesus as part of The Godhead. The Office of The Christ is not about the flesh, but about God The Son. It is to admit that Jesus is part of The Godhead, and not just a flesh born man only.
