Do you believe that it all ended with the Apostles? As with the death of Jesus, there were Pharisees there saying it ended with Jesus. When the Apostles were killed the Pharisees were there saying this is the end also. Since that day they have done everything in their power to make it look that way. When the Bible was compiled, they were there saying that was the end also. I am here to tell you it didn’t end there. They are still trying to convince you it did. Some even call themselves Christian’s, but they deny the power of God works the same way today (2 Timothy 3:5). They are still persecuting any Christian that says otherwise, even to the point of death. They preach the Law of Moses and not the Gospel of Grace that Paul was given. They say (so you don’t lose your salvation you must keep the Ten Commandments, or you will lose it). Paul warns about this in the Book of Galatians. He asked them, who had tricked them into believing they had to do something to earn their Salvation by trying to keep the Law again, and had led them astray? In the book of Romans, it talks about how we are no longer under the laws of Moses written in stone: 2 Corinthians 3:7-9 then Romans 4: 13-14. Only the Ten Commandments were written in stone. Romans 10 3-4 For they being ignorant of God's righteousness, and going about to establish their own righteousness, have not submitted themselves unto the righteousness of God. 4 For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to every one that believeth.

As Christian’s we are now under the Gospel of Grace, all of our sins have been forgiven past, present and future. (Hebrews 10:14: For by one offering He has perfected for all time those who are sanctified). We now live under perpetual forgiveness. But beware; Pharisee types will attack you for believing this or mentioning it as I may be here. Paul died to bring you this message. Fear no man and stand for the truth at all costs. Walk in the light!

I have been classified as a "charismatic" due to my belief that the gifts of the spirit are for today. However, with widespread spiritual abuse, false prophecies and moral depravity manifested by charismatics, I have some empathy for the cessationists. The Trump false prophecies of 2020 should give us warning.

In Matthew 4:15-23, Jesus began his ministry with the Gospel message to repent for the Kingdom of God is at hand, which was a light to the nations, and the Mosaic Law was how his audience knew what sin is (Romans 3:20), so repenting from our disobedience to it is an integral part of the Gospel message, which he prophesied would be proclaimed to all nations (Matthew 24:12-14). Furthermore, Christ set a sinless example of how to walk in obedience to the Mosaic Law, and as his followers we are told follow his example (1 Peter 2:21-22) and that those who are in Christ are obligated to walk in the same way he walked (1 John 2:6). In addition, in Titus 2:11-14, Jesus gave himself to redeem us from all lawlessness and to purify for himself a people of his own possession who are zealous for doing good works, so the way to believe in everything that Jesus taught by word and by example and accomplished through the cross is by repenting and becoming zealous for doing good works in obedience to the Mosaic Law (Acts 21:20), while the way to reject what he accomplish through his ministry and the cross is to return to the lawlessness that he gave himself to redeem us from, yet you appear to be doing everything in your power to make sure that this ended with Jesus.

Some even call themselves Christian’s, but they deny the power of God works the same way today (2 Timothy 3:5).

Jesus spent his ministry teaching his followers how to obey the Mosaic Law by word and by example, so why is it accurate to for people who refuse to follow the Mosaic Law to consider themselves to be followers of Christ, or accurate for you to consider those who follow the Mosaic Law to be Christians in name only? Why is it accurate to consider those who have form of godliness while denying its power to be the ones who obey what God has commanded rather than the ones who say that they are follower of God while refusing to follow what He has commanded?

In 2 Timothy 3:1-9, all of the traits that Paul spoke against were contrary to the Law of Moses, and in 2 Timothy 3:8, Paul said that those who were opposed to Moses were also opposed to the truth and disqualified from the faith. Furthermore, in Psalms 119:142, the Law of Moses is truth. In 2 Timothy 3:15-17, Paul referred to Scripture that Timothy had available to him since childhood, which could only be referring to OT Scripture because the books of the NT hadn't yet been written at the point of Timothy's childhood. In addition, Paul went on to say that everything spoken by God is profitable for teaching, reproof, correction, and training in righteousness that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped to do every good work, so all of these terms are describing a code of conduct, and the code of conduct in OT Scripture is the Mosaic Law, so that is what Paul was primarily referring as being profitable for those things.

They preach the Law of Moses and not the Gospel of Grace that Paul was given.

The Gospel that Jesus taught is the Gospel of Grace and Paul taught the same Gospel. In Romans 15:4, Paul said that OT Scripture was written for our instruction and in 15:18-19, his Gospel involved bringing Gentiles to full obedience in word and in deed. In Psalms 119:29-30, David wanted to put false ways far from him, for God to be gracious to him by teaching him to obey His law, and he chose the way of faithfulness, so this has always been the one and only way of salvation by grace through faith. In Genesis 6:8-9, Noah found grace in the eyes of God and was a righteous man, so he was declared righteous by grace through faith by the same means as everyone else. In Exodus 33:13, Moses wanted God to be gracious to him by teaching him His way that he might know Him and Israel too, and in John 17:3, eternal life is knowing God and Jesus, which again is salvation by grace through faith. In Titus 2:11-14, our salvation is described as being trained by grace to do what is godly, righteous, and good, and to renounce doing what is ungodly, so God graciously teaching us to obey His law for how to do these works is itself part of the content of His gift of salvation.

They say (so you don’t lose your salvation you must keep the Ten Commandments, or you will lose it).

Our salvation is from sin (Matthew 1:21) and sin is living in transgression of the Mosaic Law (1 John 3:4), so while we do not earn our salvation by obeying it, living in obedience to it is nevertheless intrinsically part of the content of the gift of Jesus saving us from not living in obedience to it, and people can absolutely reject the content of this gift.

Paul warns about this in the Book of Galatians. He asked them, who had tricked them into believing they had to do something to earn their Salvation by trying to keep the Law again, and had led them astray?

The Mosaic Law was never given as a means of earning our salvation, so speaking against what has always been a fundamental misunderstanding of the goal of the law should not be mistaken as speaking against obeying what God has commanded in accordance with what Jesus spent his ministry teaching us to do by word and by example, which is that much more true for man-made works of the law. Galatians should not be interpreted as speaking against following Christ.

Can you not take a step back and recognize how absurd it is to think that teaching people to obey what God has commanded is leading them as astray? Do you think that God should not be trusted?

In the book of Romans, it talks about how we are no longer under the laws of Moses written in stone: 2 Corinthians 3:7-9 then Romans 4: 13-14. Only the Ten Commandments were written in stone. Romans 10 3-4 For they being ignorant of God's righteousness, and going about to establish their own righteousness, have not submitted themselves unto the righteousness of God. 4 For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to every one that believeth.

In Romans 9:30-10:4, the Israelites had a zeal for God, but it was not based on knowing Him, so they failed to attain righteousness because they misunderstood the goal of the law by pursuing it as though righteousness were earned rather than by pursuing it as through righteousness were by faith in Christ, for knowing Christ is the goal of the law for righteousness for everyone who has faith. In Romans 10:5-10, this faith faith references Deuteronomy 30:11-16 in regard to saying that the Mosaic Law is not too difficult for us to obey, that obedience to it brings life and a blessing, that obedience it what we are agreeing to do by confessing that Jesus is Lord, and that obedience to it is the way to believe that God raised Jesus from the death. Furthermore, in Romans 10:16, it speaks against those who do not obey the Gospel, so nothing in this passage has anything to do with no longer being under the Law of Moses, but just the opposite.

In regard to 2 Corinthians 3:7-9, changing the medium that God's law is written upon does not change the content of what it instructs us to do. For example, the command to honor our parents written on stone has the same content as that command written on our hearts. In Jeremiah 31:33, the New Covenant involves God putting the Mosaic Law in our minds and writing it on our hearts so that we will obey it, not so that we will have justification for refusing to obey it.

In regard to Romans 4:13-14, the Mosaic Law was never given as a means of earning our inheritance of the promise as a wage, but that does not mean that we are not required to obey it for the purposes for which it was given, especially when Romans 2:13 says that only doers of the Mosaic Law will be justified.
