Do atheists have any evidence to support their beliefs?

Are you autistic? Lots of atheists seem to be.

Some perhaps. I haven't noticed a trend, tbh.

I personally am not remotely autistic.

Don't forget the evidence-based part of it as well, and the successful modelling of reality. But yeah, other than that there's no reason to think there's and reason to favor that particular approach compared to the rest.
Peace. A question. When is it rational to ignore ones feelings, and when is it not? Are the cases always clear cut?

I read in a book by Ester and Jerry Hocks that they treat feelings as an "emotional guidance system".

Where, potentially, do affect (mood, feeling) and episteme (knowledge) overlap?

Also, if I feel that God exists does that count as a belief?

I know about "propositional attitudes" so maybe I feel "God exists" is true.

But is there scope for a lack of belief with theistic feeling...? Maybe, a case might be "I feel that God exists but, oh my days, I cant believe it!!"?

Would I then be both theist and atheist?

I'd say ignoring them is probably bad in general. As is thinking they are an accurate way to learn things about external reality.

They're the only way to know how you're feeling.

They show the classic symptoms.
Being overly pedantic for one.
I don't see anyone being pedantic. Perhaps you would like to give an example of atheist on this thread being pedantic? I'm not going to believe you just because you say so, because to date that is all you have been doing.

Atheism seems to lack evidence more than Christianity does. Christians have the historical gospel to point towards their truths. What do atheists have other than a blind faith that they are right? Is such blind faith morally similar to Christianity but with less evidence in support of it?
Atheism does not require evidence.

Have you ever been tested for it?

I have taken an online test. I was in the exact middle of the non-autistic range according to the test.

I have never had any friend say that I seemed autistic to them. I have spoken with two self-declared autistic people before, and they didn't remind me of myself at all. There is a distinct feel to them that just doesn't resonate with me.

Take that for what you will.

I would sincerely doubt there's a link between autism and atheism. I don't know if you meant to be offensive in suggesting as much, but I doubt you have the ability to identify autism so easily.

There's been multiple studies which correlate atheism with intelligence. It would be surprising to find out that learning disabilities and atheism are also linked.
