We do not know. This is why Paul made it clear that anyone speaking in tongues in public must have an interpreter, (someone who actually knows the language). He also said anyone speaking in a group must do it one at a time so as to not cause confusion. Lastly, he said to privately speak in tongues to the Father for He knows the mysteries one speaks whether Holy or unholy.

In the corporate assembly, tongues and interpretation is equal to prophecy, so you would have the edification, encouragement, and comfort happening during each gifts operation by The Holy Spirit. This is a tangible experience that happens to the assembly at once when these gifts operate.

If there was someone who wrongfully spoke in their prayer language there instead of it being by utterance of The Holy Spirit,...first, there wouldn't be an interpretation to follow up on it,.. second, everyone there would receive a check inside from The Holy Spirit of what that person just did. He more than likely would be talked to after service.

If a person tried to speak in a demonic tongue,...The Holy Spirit would rise up against it through many people there, and the amount of evil eyes on that person would probably chase him/her out.

At least in my church, some of these churches nowadays are just way too afraid of confrontation.

I watched the first link, and I conclude that her tongues is from the flesh, because it goes against Paul's teaching in 1 Corinthians 14, and because Paul was inspired by the Holy Spirit to give that teaching, then it is the Holy Spirit's teaching. Therefore the instruction by the Spirit is not to use tongues publicly without interpretation. This person used tongues as a prayer and put it in the public domain. Because what she did was contrary to the Holy Spirit's instruction, it was not of the Spirit but of the flesh.

Now this is not to say that God ignored her prayer, because it was directed to Him, and the Scripture says, "The eye of the Lord is upon the righteous and His ears are open to their prayers." So, it would be presumptuous to say that she was speaking gibberish, because we cannot safely say whether God was listening to it or not. It depends on the attitude of her heart and her intention in using tongues in this way.

Christian tongues is for person to person supplication and fellowship with God. Pagan tongues is not for the same purpose because there is no person to person relationship between pagans and their gods. Tongues spoken in the pagan environment is ritualist and takes for the form of incantation.

It sound very similar to type of incantation that is heard during a Latin Mass. It is spoken as a monotone chant as part of the ritual. Because most present during a Latin Mass don't understand the language, the priest might as well be speaking in tongues. Paul says that someone who speaks in a language which no one understands is "speaking into the air", being as "a barbarian". I am not knocking the Latin Mass, but merely drawing a comparison between the form of presentation of the Latin liturgy in the form of monotone speaking and chanting of it, and the type of ritual that goes on in pagan worship.

But genuine tongues is personal prayer to a real Person and is to be done in private prayer, unless there is an interpreter when spoken publicly.

After watching the second link, it is clear that what the woman is doing is not person-to-person prayer to God. She is using her version of tongues to impart something of the New Age occult spirit to the person viewing the video. If people open themselves to this type of tongues they will open themselves to the occult spirit being imparted to them. I turned off quickly to ensure that nothing jumped out at me!
