Digital art on a phone?

Can you ask questions on this forum or just post art? Hopefully I can ask a question here…

What is a good, free app or website or whatever people do digital art on, for a phone?
I know most people use computers or tablets but I don’t have anything like that and I’m probably not going to draw any super detailed fancy stuff anyway. I just want a digital art thing for a phone so that I can learn the basics and as I get better then maybe I’ll start buying more stuff for digital art.

You may want to take a look at this video. I usually enjoy his content. He reviews digital art tech gear, so if you eventually want to buy items you can get an idea of how they work.

In this video he reviews major apps for art, some of them free.

And phones are fine for doing art. I have been doing art on an Android phone recently. It is great since I have it wherever I go.

I don't use IOS, but I hear pretty good things about Medibang for a free app.

I think most like Procreate for a paid app, and at 10 dollars it is a good value if you eventually decide to step up.
