Did Roman soldiers pound nails into His flesh to crucify Him. Or was that you too?

Did Peter deny Him 3 times. Or was that you too?

Did Judas betray Him for silver & with a kiss. Or was that you too?

3He was despised and forsaken of men,
A man of sorrows and acquainted with grief;
And like one from whom men hide their face
He was despised, and we did not esteem Him.

4Surely our griefs He Himself bore,
And our sorrows He carried;
Yet we ourselves esteemed Him stricken,
Smitten of God, and afflicted.

5But He was pierced through for our transgressions,
He was crushed for our iniquities;
The chastening for our well-being fell upon Him,
And by His scourging we are healed.

6All of us like sheep have gone astray,
Each of us has turned to his own way;
But the LORD has caused the iniquity of us all
To fall on Him.

7He was oppressed and He was afflicted,
Yet He did not open His mouth;
Like a lamb that is led to slaughter,
And like a sheep that is silent before its shearers,
So He did not open His mouth.

No, it was not me.
It was God who gave his unique (one of a kind) Son, because He loved the world so much. (John 3:16).

It was not me who introduced sin and death into this world.

It was not me who caused the rebellion of the gods (we usually call them angels).

It was not me who brought forth me.

But it is me who, like everyone else, will be sure to perish if Jesus did not die for us.

So Jesus died for us (praise the LORD), but we did not crucify Him.

Paul did not say: "Christ was crucified instead of me", but did say: "I have been crucified with Christ", so how did that happen since Paul was not one of the thieves?
I would say God in heaven was crucified "with" Christ in that God empathically experienced even great suffering that Christ Himself while on the cross, so can we not experience crucifixion the same way?

Understanding my personal responsibility for Christ's crucifixion is complicated, but Christ did pray: "if there be another way let this cup pass from me" , so could I personally have provided another way living in the 21st century?
If I had fulfilled my earthly objective without sinning than Christ would not have had to die for me, but would that have also provided another way?
