I would like Se. Sanders’ supporter answer few question

How do Sen Sanders get 270 electoral college vote in November.
How do Sen Sanders win WI, MI, PA
If San Sanders win the election how do they get 60 vote in Senate to pass “ medicate for all” or “ free education for all”
When was the last time Sen Sanders helped a fellow democrat to win a congressional seat?

I would like Se. Sanders’ supporter answer few question

I am not a Sanders supporter outside of voting against the current president but here goes:

How do Sen Sanders get 270 electoral college vote in November.

By winning that many states.

How do Sen Sanders win WI, MI, PA

Turn out would be the key

The latest polling has Sanders is ahead in Pensilvania and Michigan with Wisconsin tied up.

If San Sanders win the election how do they get 60 vote in Senate to pass “ medicate for all” or “ free education for all”

If there is sufficient turn out to sway the election in his favor I can see senate seats flipping as well but I don't know if the chamber would change hands. Even if he gets both houses his agenda would not be implemented totally, that's just not how our system works.

When was the last time Sen Sanders helped a fellow democrat to win a congressional seat?

He has endorsed other dems a spoken out for them. What exactly are you asking here?

He is a popular and respected entertainer of long standing, and he just made a funny political joke.

I don't actually think Mr. V.D. was intentionally being funny by mentioning Bernie's record. I think he might somehow believe Bernie had actually accomplished something other than enriching himself by being in the Congress. That belief alone is a bit of a joke but an unintentional one.

In PA, MI , WI there aren’t many progressive vote to turn out. Most people in these States are moderate. I , myself is one of them. “Medicare for all” and talking away my private insurance choice is not going to go well with moderate. They would bite the dust and stick with president Trump for next four years then vote for Sen Sanders. Without PA, MI and WI , Democrat has ZERO chance to get 270.
In PA, MI , WI most democrat in down ballot will not run against ACA and support Medicare for all , so Sen sanders can’t help these down ballot.

Here is a fact, in Sen Sanders entire time in Washington, he only passed 3 bills.. that’s because 95% people in Washington thinks Sen Sanders policy are extreme left.

The joke was referring to Sanders as "someone younger."

And who is Dick Van Dyke? Why should his political advice warrant quoting?
Apparently, it is the case that anyone who has ever been on either the big screen or the TV screen thinks that the world is simply on pins and needles waiting to hear whom they think should be president. :sigh:

The 94-year-old screen legend quipped that “somebody younger, like Bernie, is just the perfect candidate.”

A famous American television icon.

Coming from the side that elected the host of the Apprentice... really now?

"What would make Dick Van Dyke's political opinion worth quoting ?" is a reasonable question to ask.

Telling me I am in am in a box of your creation and therefore am not worth answering in a serious manner is a bit unreasonable don't you think? I reject being placed in the box you want to imprison me in. I suspect that you want me in that box so you can avoid dealing with me as an individual rather than a stereotype and therefore avoid having to come up with a reasonable answer to my questions or at another time a counterpoint to one of my arguments. If you do not wish to deal with what I am asking then silence would at least be a bit more polite than forcing a stereotype upon me.

Trump knows nothing about politics yet Republicans ELECTED HIM PRESIDENT.
You're indignant that a hollywood movie star is quoted in a newspaper article but you are not indignant that a washed up tv star is your president: I'm wondering if you see irony there.

Frankly, the door has been opened for anyone, not only to comment on politics but to lead the richest country on the planet.

I never said it’s unreasonable. Just a tad ironic to hear people get so upset at the sight of a celebrity expressing an opinion in politics while they support our celebrity president.

A box of my creation? I never made you vote for a tv star.

Consider that if Dick Van Dyke’s opinion is worth ignoring (according to you) then what should that say about any nobodies like us?

Gee, it’s almost like people have opinions and a platform on which to share them.

What a concept!

Dementia must be setting in.
Hardly. The fact half the people in this thread seem to have missed the point of his comment entirely shows age isn’t the only factor in mental acuity.
