We just found out that Phillip has Prader-Willi Syndrome. I have no words.

We teamed up with Faith Counseling. Can they help you today?

That is sort of what I was going to say. Eleanor was my first, and with no warning we have been dealing with health problems for 4 1/2 years. I don't even mean to come close to saying that I am coming from the same place you are in, everyone's reality is unique. I don't know you but I am usually a fairly positive, let's deal-with-it kind of person. Other than saying it directly I don't know what else to say but this mourn your loss. No matter what the future holds for your family, I think that you need to allow yourself the grief over what you thought your reality was going to be. Then move on to what a great new reality you can make for your son. Phillip is still the baby you kissed and loved before this news. Vanessa

Your poor adorable baby (never really looked at your picture of him before, he is adorable.)

You have a lot of challenges ahead, but you must be stronger than I am to face them. God wont give you what you can't handle
