Read: Psalm 4
Text: "When you are disturbed, do not sin; ponder it on your beds, and be silent. Offer right sacrifices, and put your trust in the LORD." - Psalm 4:4-5
During times of anxiety and stress, we are always to turn to God for rest. When we feel helpless and in despair, we are told to meditate on God and put our trust in him, for in doing so, we will begin to experience the kind of peace that only he can provide. We are to remain faithful to God as only God, and no other source, can provide the ultimate peace that we all so desperately need.
