There is a new devotional called Soul Cries by Theresa Regan on Amazon.com for anyone praying for a struggling child. The struggle may be medical, emotional, developmental, learning etc. It is written by the mom of a boy in the autistic spectrum but geared toward a wider audience. Spread the word.

There is a great Bible, too, called "THE ENCOURAGEMENT BIBLE" & a devotional "JESUS IS CALLING". You'll find amazing grace & strength for the journey in both of these. I know I have. The walk with God grows closer & closer & his grace is sweeter & sweeter. I'm finding it is sufficient in all the weaknesses & weariness that go along with being a caretaker for those with special needs (in my case 2 daughtesr with cystic fibrosis).

It's not an easy journey but it can be a sweet one when we recognize that our strength is not found in ourselves & He will provide the answers we need if we ask & remain persistent & steadfast (longsuffering).
