Depiction of Non Humans in God's Image?

I think if they're sentient, they're in God's image regardless of how they look. Some may or may not be in a fallen state, but God's image has more to do with thinking/reasoning/creating than a set of physical traits.

I don't see why it would be sinful to depict non-humans with human attributes.

Who is to say there aren't other beings in the universe God made in His image in that way?

I know for a fact that scripture does not contain all there is to know about God or even about the universe. So just because scripture is silent on a subject doesn't mean it didn't happen.
