Why don't Americans fill those jobs?
Because employers have access to cheaper illegal labor that means they will not pay what is required to attract American workers.

Which party wanted to not certify the election in 2001, 2005 and 2017?
Which party had a president actively encouraging people to ignore the election results and fight to overturn it and used a constant, months long disinformation media campaign and tons of frivolous lawsuits that went nowhere to convince people of fraud that yet remains to be proven?

You make it sound as if the American economy can afford to resort to every American being fully funded by the government.
Best check your comprehension there Aldebaran as I said ABSOLUTELY nothing even CLOSE to that level of horse wollop.

That socialistic thinking is what's going to result in the bankruptcy of the nation.
Again, didn't say that.
But still, funny that countries NO WHERE NEAR as successful or rich or with GDPs ANYWHERE near the US have managed to pull off democratic socialism. Maybe because they have priorities that strengthen their citizen but also create a balance within their society.

The multi-trillion dollar spending that's now being done on a regular basis seems to be expected now, even though it was once the entire nation's federal budget for an entire year.
Those debts are what happens when you don't tax the rich.
2) Somehow Trump spent MORE than other presidents. I thought he was the pork trimmer? I mean, there were TONNES of diplomat positions left unfilled; several government positions he cut or didn't replace. And yet somehow he spent more. EVEN as a % of GDP he spent more.

While you haven't done so directly, I really hope you're not about to start talking about how Republicans are fiscally conservative. Because they are LAUGHABLY not.

National election. Look it up. That's when the Democrats protested the electoral results. They didn't want to certify.

There were no national elections in those years. The Democratic candidate had already conceded the elections in 2000, 2004, and 2016, so it's unclear to which lack of certification you're referring.

If that fellow is willing to retrain, he can get new jobs.

I am NOT saying that Dems do a good job at supporting the rank and file though they have several candidates (noteably Bernie) who have worked for supporting workers his WHOLE life. Sadly, the party has also been bought by corporists.

With that said, if you have a viable party alternative for working class people to vote for that helps workers instead of just saying "Hey, we help workers" I would love to hear of it.

Cause it ain't the republicans.

It appears that you are providing misinformation. It depends on the factors of what you are measuring. In some factors workers do better under democrats and in others they do better under Republicans. It sounds like over all the economic growth in the country, based on the study, is a democratic president and a republican congress.

Perhaps you should look it up. I wasn't referring to the date of the election, but the dates of certification of electoral results.

We are getting way off field again in this thread. We are talking About everything but the bill.

If democrats really cared they wouldn't be spending all this money on everything BUT helping the people that need the help. Namely those who suffered loss due to government shutdowns of business.

There is so much in This bill as shown by many that has nothing to do with helping people. A LOT of garbage. That money instead of going to stupid things could go to Americans in need.

Green New Deal could employ a LOT of people
pipe dream 'til then

meanwhile, all the gas which would have cheaply, safely, and cleanly come through Keystone... will instead be trucked & trained...

will actually burn more fossil fuels, in transporting the fossil fuels to market...

will lead to more CO2 emissions, more accidents & spills...

more costly energy, higher prices at the pump for all commuters & consumers...

who seriously thinks, trucking & training oil is cleaner, safer, and environmentally friendlier than a pipeline -- why do they think pipelines were even invented, in the first place ??

KS Rep Ron Estes acknowledges that the bill bails out Union pensions, which might help some workers. However, the spending is geared towards Dem states & constituencies, even going so far, as to change the rules for distribution of food stamps for low income children, such that most of the money now goes to Dem states instead of where most such persons actually reside.

Meanwhile, the bill will not significantly help Repub constituencies, like small business owners.

If I understand correctly, then the bill may help some workers, but not "petite bourgeoisie"; Dems but not Repubs. To the victor go the spoils?

Of course, more abortion funding for PPH is also a priority, despite their support of sex trafficking:

Why don't Americans fill those jobs?
umm... b/c they're (illegally) given to (illegal) immigrants for (illegally) low wages?

most American workers aren't willing to break US laws (or essentially strike break against fellow workers) ??

Green new deal will have the carbon tax per ton of C02 go from $8 as it was under Trump, and now to $51 as it is now under Biden, to eventually $400. The companies that produce your energy and products will pass those costs onto you, and you'll have to pay those taxes, even though Biden said he wouldn't raise your taxes.
Everything revolves around oil & gas, it's the energy jugular of the economy:

In Focus: Former Keystone XL Pipeline Employee, Lynn 'Bugsy' Allen Speaks Out (Part 2)

So, those new jobs better be very high paying in order to be able to pay so much of it for the climax hoax that's being pushed on us.
sales & marketing is a most lucrative field though ;)

I've sent so many lies posted about the green new deal. You'll forgive me to ask you to link to the document and cite it.

My guess is if it's 400 from 70 years from now, that allows a lot of time for tech development to ween off CO2

Americans should take those low wages instead.
...or, remove the illegal labor from the equation and the wages go up.

Antifa & BLM have damaged Federal property (e.g. US Post Offices) and injured Federal personnel (e.g. Postal workers)

Glad you're on board condemning such actions :)
I have to wonder why your posts continue to try and put words in my mouth rather than address what I actually wrote.

No, actually I don't. I know why.

I believe the the protest against the electoral results was done in 2001.
I'm sure no one can really disagree on what you think you might or might not believe. But that doesn't get us any closer to knowing if anything you've posted is true or not.
