I've heard it expressed by him numerous times. Maybe MSNBC just doesn't bother to carry that news since it doesn't fit the agenda.

Thousands of Americans have been dying daily over months, and he's expressed sympathy a couple of times with no particular emotion. He was very clearly told by his aides that it was needed, but he can't even bother to appear sincere when he tries to do it. The man has absolutely no empathy.
